After almost two years going to this vet out of nothing they stop refusing seen my dog without 20 pills of medication prior each appointment…. Even when I mentioned to them that the medication makes my dog very aggressive they still try to force us to give all those pills “ Just for their security “….. after two years and after they change my previous doctor apparently the new doctor claimed out of proof that my dog turns aggressive to the staff……. Apparently they want us to bring our dog to each exam almost dead so they can feel confortable. They need to change the new doctor for a good capable doctor !!! ….. Before the new doctor everything was good with my dog nobody complaint about an aggressive attitude. Even after i bring my dog almost every two months for grooming there.

We have been taking our fur babies to Cedarcrest Animal Hospital for 16 years and we love everyone there! Dr Qualls is awesome along with all the other staff. Everyone is very caring and compassionate. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have three dog and all of them go to Cedarcrest Animal Hospital. I am always happy with their service and care. We use them for medical and grooming. The staff is very friendly. My oldest baby is ten years old and this is the only vet place she knows. Highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Extremely overpriced. Was given generic medicine at a 70% markup from what it cost anywhere else (and was not told that it was over the counter medicine.) They also gave my elderly dog multiple shots at once. For the next 3 days he was not able to walk and was crying in pain when touched, they did not warn us at all about this side effect.

I was coming here for a while, until recently. I had to make the tough decision to send my 14 year old chihuahua to heaven and they made what was a sensitive, hard decision even harder. I had a pay for a " Quality of Life" exam to determine if he qualified to be sent to heaven, okay fine. I told the assistant that he may snap at you and to put a muzzle on him. She took him out of my arms and took him back. Later they came back and said he bit one of them and I had to quarantine him for 14 days, whatever, I told you he could snap at you, why didn't you muzzle him while he was in my arms ( as other vets have done?) He would not have snapped at you then. Well, life happened and 14 days turned into 3 months later. My furr baby's health was steady declining. I called them back to see if I could being him in to be sent to heaven and I was told I would have to pay another exam fee plus the cost of the Sending to Heaven for the dr to determine of he qualified. Okay and why? I was just there not that long ago. I said no I am not doing that and if this is how I am going to be treated then just send over the records for all of my babies and I will go elsewhere and that is what they did. I was really surprised they did not try to keep me as a customer and was able to so easily let me go. I guess it was just about squeezing out as much as they could from me while causing my baby to suffer longer. Oh well. I did find another vet who is extremely compassionate and caring and was bale to make an appointment with them as a new patient and be seen right away without having to go back multiple times. I hate to leave a negative review, but I feel like people should know what to expect when coming here.

The ladies at the front were super helpful then we met Dr Martin and her assistant who handled our furry kitten very gentle as they examined her and gave her vaccine. The place is conveniently located with ample parking. The inside was clean and comfortable. Thanks

Excellent team! I went on a stormy day and my baby was anxious the team made sure to take extra care of him and make sure that he was comfortable for his appointment! Your fur baby will be in excellent hands here!

Excellent vet! Everyone is so caring and kind towards the animals and I know my dogs are in good hands. I especially love Dr. Martin and her vet tech - they go the extra mile to ensure the best care possible for your pet!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I just had to put my best friend of 14 years down this week and they made the whole experience better than I could have ever imagined. I was scared of a cold damp office but they go above and beyond for you and your family pet. They watch for you as you come in and take you straight to a quiet, warm, dimmed room. The bed is a warm blanket, soft music playing. They go through everything with the best intentions for you and your loved one. The vet even said a prayer before she started and the assistant made paw prints for me to take with me. I will never go to another place as long as I live here.

I loved the way they treated my dog. I have visited several places and they have not been able to tell me exactly what allergy problems my dog has. They were very precise in explaining everything to me and the medications required to treat skin allergy problems. It is a place where you feel satisfied that they treat your pet well.Excellent
