We brought our van to Castle and left it for inspection. We were told, "All kinds of issues. The computer showed full transmission replacement needed!" We took it home and had someone else ck it: all that was needed was a transmission filter replacement. The honest mechanic said, "Who told you it needed a full transmission over-haul?! Whoever it was, don't go back there". And.... we haven't. Our van still runs fine. Thank God we got a second opinion.

Amazing service and honest hard work. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Tyler’s service and dedication to a job well done. Highly recommend this business. It’s so rare to find a good honest mechanic and Tyler over delivers on everything! Wish I could give him six stars!

Brought our truck for rebuild on trans, had an issue took a minute to come to understanding. grateful for Tyler taking care of us. Sometimes slowing down and being open to listen on both sides is the key. Thank you Tyler , truck runs badass now ......

They are honest men at this shop. They will let you know if it is or is not your transmission before they make you pay an arm and a leg on a service not needed

Hello again and Happy blessed New Year 2023 peoples!I started the year with having to bring my baby I call Beautiful back to the mechanic shop. It wasn't because other one didn't do a great job ~ they did. But my check engine light came on and the code was for a transmission issue. Thus the shop: Castle Transmission was referred by the other shop (who also did a great job with what I needed at that time)! That goes to say a lot!And so I would give this mechanic shop/business 10 stars if I could! Tyler was beyond fair in his price, but also noble! His work had my vehicle running smoother as he replaced the torque converter and then my transmission; and his etiquette, phenomenal! I recommend you bring your vehicle here if you have transmission problems. Transmission issues sounded scary to me, but not after Tyler educated me and handled it! I am so blessed to have been referred to him. This business is a blessing and my Beautiful is now pleasing me more! Safety is always my 1st goal when I'm on the road, especially in GA! Getting to my destinations is second! :D

Fixed multiple issues with my transmission. Also warranty was expired by a couple weeks. Tyler still honored warranty and fixed my truck.

Went by the shop on Friday 7-22-22 @ 5:15 and Bobby & Tom were still there working. I was having problems with my 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 with 365000 miles not shifting. They took time to listen and told me what the problem was and I was able to fix it. When I need Transmission Work done I will not think twice about letting them do it. I trust them and you just don't find that everywhere. Thanks again. Bobby Parrish
