Michael is the best embroiderer I have ever used in my 45 years of business. He takes the hardest logo and makes them perfect. Michael we will follow you anywhere. Corley handles the dst files and makes sure they are good files and follows up on our orders. Keep up the good work

This has been a wonderful experience! I own a small business in the construction industry and I provide my employees with company shirts and sweatshirts throughout the year. This has historically been a chore I do not look forward to. My shirts are typically a fairly complicated design, something unique to draw attention to what we do. CAD Impressions has made this process a pleasure! From Corely and Michael who first greeted me and gave me a level of confidence to Bill who spent a great deal of time with me designing the art, this has been a wonderful experience! Corely went the extra mile to get me the specific brand and color shirts I requested along with samples ahead of time so I could make sure we ordered the correct sizes for everyone. The shirts turned out awesome and they were completed in a short time compared to all the other companies I have dealt with over the 30 years I have been doing this. If you are tired of the long drawn out difficult process of getting logo shirts designed and printed I totally recommend CAD Impressions. I'm new to the area and went in to see if they could help me design artwork and print tshirts for a huge family reunion that was being planned. The person was patient, pleasant, asked questions, and drew sketches. A few weeks later, I went to review/approve artwork. I was amazed, it was beautiful!. So then we planned various color t-shirts in infants through larger adult sizes to match artwork colors. We also calculated how many. The price I was quoted was very reasonable, and the time frame for delivery was perfect. When I picked up my order, the quality was wonderfully done. I was very impressed and pleased. So much so I asked about their embroidering and placed an order for multiple several items for raffle drawings at the family reunion. I heard so many compliments. I would definitely recommend it, and I will be returning for other future projects I am working on.

He has had a massive amount of my products for two months. All these promises in the beginning and now no contact whatsoever. Hundreds of calls, emails, texts later he says come pick up your stuff, I can’t do it, I have family problems. This is not good business. Even when I called the girl said he will not call you back. I have a photo shoot coming up and no products. I’m so disappointed. Anyone know a good embroider and screen printer?

I contacted Cad to do my company shirts and emailed Chad a picture of my shirts and he messaged me back saying got them. I sent another email so I could send a deposit and I was told that the proof is done and they would send it the following day. Well here it is a month later and no one will return my emails calls or even text. That's not how a business should be run. Sad thing is they did my shirts a few years ago and they were great. Sorry for the bad review but if you didn't want to do my shirts you could have just said so and I would have found someone else.

Eric has printed our shirts for an annual fundraiser for three years now. Not only is this company incredibly timely with their work, but they create beautiful shirts at an insanely affordable price. The store itself is easily missed when driving by but the quality of the work is always top notch! We have been very happy with the results.

I have had the worst experiences with this screen print/embroidery company. Every time I have worked with them there has been delay after delay in completing my orders. They promise delivery times then don't meet them and never bother to call you with any kind of update. This past order was the worst. I dropped off $600 worth of uniform tops for my team and was told the order would take a little longer as they were behind in production. Approx 10 days instead of their 5-7 day promise time stated on the website. 23 days later I finally go to their shop to inquire as to the status of my order only to be told they have not even started it yet. Not 1 single email or phone call to notify me of this drastic delay. Needless to say I will never be using or recommending this company again.
