Older hotel. Not falling apart, but not renovated. Loud fan in the shower, window and door not well insulated, making the room exposed to the outside noises. Beds were clean and somewhat comfortable.Breakfast had many options, but lower quality sausage links and cheap-tasting coffee.Coffee is available to make in the room. I did make some, because it wasn't available in the lobby after 9am, and it was very bad quality.

We stayed at this motel back on December 14. Our reservation was for December 14-16. We checked out on December 15. At checkout about 10:30AM we let the front desk know we would not be staying the night of the 15th yet we were charged for that night. I called the motel to talk with them about this. I was told that’s just how they do things. As a former front desk clerk I let them know I knew how the audit works and that it happens at midnight. This is when rooms are charged. He then proceeded to let me know that a refund request would be put in and I could call back to “remind them” to approve it. I let him know I was wrongly charged for this room and it’s not my responsibility to call back and follow up. It was December and I was very busy. I gave it a few weeks and I called customer service Jan 12. They put info in about my call. They said give 2-5 days to hear back from motel. As of Jan 19 I have not been contacted. I called customer service again and she looked at my ticket. She called motel and was told the same thing they told me back in December. Refund was put in but manager would need to approve. I stated this is what I was told back in December and I really would like to get the refund back ASAP. She repeated the same thing to me 3 times. I thanked her for her time and hung up. Of note, they also did two other guests who had a reservation and cancelled before no refund deadline.So Acworth Inn I am putting this review out there for all to see. I want my refund.

Website rates were lower than the rate charged at check-in. The concierge could not change the rate to match the website. Now we have to contact corporate to try and get a refund.

I work for the union. I’m a welder with Boilermakers. If you are in the area because you were on a work assignment, I highly recommend staying At the BEST WESTERN in Acworth, Georgia. Jay and his staff went above and beyond for myself and my wife while we stayed there for 36 nights … They also have washer and dryer on the grounds along with breakfast every morning with a large variety and options…The main reason we Will come back to this location is not only the cleanliness of the rooms, but the staff is amazing and we cannot thank them enoughRooms: Housekeeping is awesome here and the rooms are nice and very clean

Average.I was very unhappy that each time I left my room and went somewhere, my key would automatically stop working. I had to have it replaced at the office 12 times, in 3 days..The front desk was nice and accommodating. Although that does not make up for the inconvenience of having to walk back and forth constantly.As for the room, it smelled a bit off. But that’s to expect for a budget motel. The microwave would not reach a plug. So I had to remove it from the stand and place it on the bathroom counter to plug in and use.A big deal for me and a good note is that the beds and linens were clean and comfortable.The AC could have been better, although again, it’s a budget motel. I was not thrilled that while inspecting the filter of the AC.. the filter crumbled as it came out.. as if it were so old that it no longer had any structure.One other issue was my electric car. Advertised was a Tesla destination charger, which I was able to use. But I was spoken to by a manager/owner about me having should move my vehicle after it’s charged. Understandable if a EV was in need of charge and a polite ask would have been wonderful. But at my arrival a Tesla was parked in the higher wattage space , it did not move my entire stay. I was in and out, giving plenty of time for someone to park and use the charger. If you advertise EV chargers, don’t restrict them or shame your customers for using them. If you wish to do so, your a business owner and can. Although, writing that down and enforcing it universally would be ideal.So I’d rate my stay a 3 1/2 if the keys were not an issue. But because of that, solid 3.Food & drinks: McDonald’s right next door. Walkable.Noteworthy details: EV Charger (call and specify you want explicit rules and usage conditions)

Had a great experience here. Good customer service, clean room, awesome shower, pet friendly & place was very well lit at night. Comfy value stay right off interstate.

Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Bed and pillows are comfortable. I was able to hear a neighbors alarm clock going off at 6 am.Walkability: McD, Wendy's, Arby's, Popeyes, Captain D's, a Mexican and Chinese restaurant as well as a Publix and grocery store and Walgreens all within 5 minutes walking.

Your service was AMAZING! The young dark haired guy working the desk......just saying because I hope you can look and see who it was.....we checked in on October the 5th and the young gentleman was so kind to me and my daughter, made us feel welcome and safe. I noticed a car that had been in a wreck when we pulled in, and it looked like a very nice and expensive car. My husband waited in the car while my daughter and I got the room, she's 11 and likes to pick at me about my age because I am just getting used to being in my 40s, not 30s like a couple years ago. She knows it bugs me.. she made a comment about me being old and said how old I was and he was nice enough to say I didn't look my age and was so courteous to both of us. When we were in the car with my husband, he made a comment that the car that had been wrecked must have JUST happened recently bc it was leaking some kind of fluid that showed him that. I looked back and it was your employee's car. You would never know by how well he treated us,that he was going through something so horrible.
