Met a friend to get their battery tested. Long story is several staff were very helpful but unfortunately the car was one of the few that they couldn't put the battery in, but they were still very helpful.

Emergency stop due to an alternator. They were very helpful in providing the necessary tools needed for roadside/parking lot repair. And... they had the correct part in stock. Great job guys!:-)

Serrano and Andrew were incredible. I came in with a battery running on fumes. I had taken my car to the dealership for servicing a week prior: The dealership did a “battery check” (which came with a charge). A week later my car was struggling to start. I took it to autozone off hwy 92 near BellsFerry and they were lifesavers! Not only did they do a battery check and replace my battery, they taught me things to look for in my battery to ensure its max potential. There was battery acid all throughout the surrounding areas near my battery and they cleaned it up- preventing potential future damage to anything electrical! They did all if this in less than 30 min and got me back on my way to work! They are a true blessing and I will gladly go back here anytime for my auto needs!

Got a lot of heavy material that was put on a car and No one offered to help carry out or even open the door for me while I pulled it all on this cart just for it to roll off the curb and to smack to the side of my car door with the worker just standing there staring.

My sister took me to purchase brakes and rotors. We were helped by Kori T. whom is the crew comedian. He is so hilarious. We had to go back to exchange the brakes because I gave him incorrect information based on a phone call with someone else earlier in the day. But they are very helpful and nice. I actually go to this store often for my car needs.

The staff at AutoZone in Acworth deserve a reward or a day off. I have never encountered a more helpful and compassionate staff than the two people who were working during the mid-day hours on Monday, April 8th. My car would not start and the young lady and another gentleman working at the store went above and beyond to help me get my car diagnosed and get me back on the road. I wish I knew you guys by name because you definitely deserve the recognition. Thank you so much for your kindness and knowledge to help me like you did. Much appreciation. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! (I was driving an Acura RDX in case you were wondering about this post.)

Came in for a test charge on my battery. Battery was bad and Jacob had no issue changing the new battery for me. Great customer service.
