“My 2014 jeep has been acting up for 6 months. Went to 2 mechanics (Mulkys Small Town Repair in Fairmont and BLUESKY TIRE AND AUTO SERVICE in cumming) stated that the problem was my transmission. We where referred to acworth transmission & repair by a family friend. Long story short, my long time tire shop put the wrong size tires on the back. Causing the traction controle to try to fix the mixed match rotations of the tires. Since the discovery and new tires, my jeep has been back to its old self again. No problems so far. Thank you, acworth transmission & repair. You saved us from potentially replacing a $5,00-7,000 on a good transmission.”

“Ivey is one of the good ones. One of the people that you encounter in life that leaves you feeling hopeful for humanity. All around 5/5 kinda guy - very honest and trustworthy - I'll definitely be going to him for any future car maintenance or repair.I came to him with a problem with my A/C fan assembly. Many other big name automotive shops had quoted me ~$500 to fix it and some others had insisted I should buy other services that they offered that would not have fixed the actual problem. Ivey took a more detailed look, went through all the steps to test and find the actual issue with the assembly, and then handyman'd the hell out of the module connector to get it working perfectly again. Showroom, dealership was spotless. The coffee and waiting room were super comfortable. They have 3 waiting rooms to choose from.
Was done with my car before I finished my coffee. The place was so nice. I was hoping to be there a little longer. Price is very reasonable as well.

“The Sales Manager and the Lady In used car sales Jill both were so helpful to me and some dealerships are not as friendly as everyone there were to me. They gave me a great price to buy my SUV out right and that was what I was told by another popular dealership. Plus I got to drive a new Tahoe and whatever extra add on's was not very expensive. The used Car Manager Mark was very fair and polite to me. He wants to buy my SUV.”

“Treated kindly, friendly, prompt transaction. The air conditioner hose was not plugged in when reassembling the vehicle back together. Returned the vehicle this morning. Technician immediately came out and re-plugged the hose. 5 Minute labor. These things happen. No biggie. My husband and I are long-time customers. Will continue.”
