Does anyone Know where they move to or knows how to get in contact with them..They always did me right… And that’s hard to come by nowadays. If I had any issues with my SUV big or small they always took care of it… And this isn’t lipservice… This is the honest to God truth..I need to buy a car now that’s why I’m looking for them… Thank you to both of the brothers that treated me right..

This company sells vehicles with all types of issues! I purchased an SUV (3rd row) April 19, 2019, I immediately noted after delivery that the sunroof was leaking( passenger side and threw the dvd entertainment system), knocking notices, air suspension error message, key fob not functioning, lift gate not functioning just to name a few. Same day as pickup after contacting the Auto Now, I also informed the Finance company ARC (Mark) of the issues. Steve & Brittany, at Auto Now advised me to go to this Havoline Express location in Kennasaw and Josh would fix all my issues with the truck. (ALL LIES)

Terrible terrible place to do business with. During my car buying process they were really nice. But when my vehicle was totaled it was a total 180 degree change. They wouldn't release any information about their faulty gap insurance. Come to find out they collected money from me for gap insurance and the company who they claim were the insurance company stated they never offered gap insurance. They claim no one can walk off the lot without gap. My loan company has made several unsuccessful attempts at reaching them in regards to my balance as so have I with no return phone call. Now I'm stuck with out a vehicle and a car note to pay. I would not refer my worse enemy to them.

Too many issues.....Left their lot and went straight to Powder Springs and got a 2019 Nissan with 8 miles on it with no money down. GOD DONT MAKE NO MISTAKES!!!!!

Went to trade my vehicle in to an actual dealership and found out that the vehicle they sold me was a salvaged title. My car was worth nothing for a trade in due to it being a salvaged title. If I knew the title was salvaged I wouldn't have even bothered purchasing the vehicle.

The staff here are amazing. They worked with me till I found the car I loved and that could fit in my budget to help build my credit back up. I love my dodge journey it's perfect. Brittany is a doll. So sweet. Love her personality and she was very helpful to any questions I had. ðŸ‘💕 Thanks guys.

BEWARE! I believed in these people to help me get on my feet with a newer car. Not even 12,000 miles later I find out that similar to another review my undercarriage had rust. Now I'm looking at $2600 in repairs due to rust! A cracked radiator and a cracked front differential. I'm sickened by the fact they either don't thoroughly check their vehicles or maybe they don't care? I even helped them get with an insurance agent. Of course I never received a phone call back after my message because I'm sure they don't care they got their money. In the meantime I'm dealing with my kind loan company trying to figure out how I can get a drivable car so I can work and take care of my son. If I get no response I will report them for obvious negligence.
