Had a great experience. Walked in and was helped right away. Needed a battery for my Subaru and Fransisco (sp) was professional and helpful. Installation was seamless. Service was excellent. Would not hesitate to use this store again. Thank You!

I've been spending thousands of dollars at this location. I'm busy. I simply needed wd40. After waiting for minutes at the counter with no person visible in the store. I stood at the empty register yelling hello for help. I could hear someone in the back later to find out to be Fransisco!!! So I yelled louder hello!!! Not a wait one second sir nothing. The manager a very very nice gentleman had to come inside from outside helping a customer to do Fransiscos job who he made excuses for. It's so simple. You're customer's time is extremely valuable act like it. Also if you're so miserable at work that you don't have the simply compassion to respond to a customer's needs then quit. Go work some place that doesn't have customer service involved. The only reason I would return here is to return a part.

Isaiah sold my teenage daughter an upgraded xenon $100 single light bulb replacement for her headlight on a used and abused Hyundai Elantra. She only needed a 10 to $20 bulb. This particular xenon light wouldn't have even matched her other headlight. Husband purchased appropriate bulb at Walmart. Two bulbs for $20, and replaced it in 10 minutes.Disappointed that a young female customer was taken advantage of in a male-dominated industry.Dan, the manager was receptive to feedback and agreed it wasn't an appropriate replacement part choice. Isaiah the salesperson will hopefully learn to treat customers better in the future. We won't return.
