The lady was super nice. The place was clean and had easy access. Open 24hrs which is a plus! Would highly recommend this location.

Sadly I've been a customer almost a year and the customer service started off to a good start and I have a horrible memory and I'm paid based on commission so my pay day varies so I've been late before but always communicate and I have had phone number change since I've moved in but ive received every notice via email so I don't miss an update till this month I called in while she was out and left a callback number and NEVER RECEIVED A CALLBACK I waited to see if maybe she was just to busy from being off well NEVER RECEIVED A CALLBACK so I reached out to her for her to tell me he can change the contact number on my account she'd email me something to fill out and return NEVER RECEIVED It and why couldn't she return my call to the number left? but what makes no sense is she's reached out to me before on the provide number but couldn't return my call when requested? Then once again the conversation was brought up about my phone number then cuts my lock without a notice and claims it was sent via phone BUT SHE KNOWS I DON'T HAVE THAT NUMBER! AND ANY OTHER TIME ALL NOTIFICATIONS WERE SENT VIA EMAIL AS WELL so it seems a bit shady doesn't it?.for them to go cut the lock knowing we have had plenty of contact regarding updating my number and conveniently this time she only text a cut out and did not email me?? And I had been in sooner If she just returned my call which was regarding the lady who filled in for her not having information I needed!

Pat is pretty amazing!! She gave me a call ahead of time after making my online registration to see about what time I was planning to come by so she would be at the desk. She didn't want me to come, and be checking the grounds. Lucky for me, she was there when I was heading in. She is very thorough and gave me the same speal she gave the renters before me. She showed me to my unit and because I never rented before she showed me how to lock it. Very friendly and super customer oriented.
