Edit to add:
The office manager did contact me to learn more about my encounter and offer to make the situation better.
I used your vet as a close alternative since my dog wasn't feeling well and our vet is 2 hours away. After spending $700 for x-rays and blood work. Dr. Daniel couldn't see what was wrong besides possibly an infection due to fever and low white blood cells. The very next day my dog woke up paralyzed. I called them and sent pictures. They told me to come another day later. I arrive the next morning, where I'm told I'll be charged another office fee - even though this is a follow-up with the same doctor. At this rate, I've lost my patience with your team! I called my vet and drove 2 hours that morning to have her seen. Upon looking at her xrays, it was seen she had a spinal injury and was deemed paralyzed. My vet informed me, had she been addressed sooner, the prognosis would have likely not been permanent. I now have a paralyzed dog, thanks to your office for overlooking her x-rays because you were focused on her abdomen for Pyometra (which she didn't have symptoms of) , delaying our follow-up, and being more concerned with flipping a dollar. At the very LEAST, providing an apology and refund would be greatly appreciated. I now have to buy a wheelchair, diapers, and other resources to navigate our new life with a disabled pet.

Wish I could give negative stars - with a ridiculous wait time to get a booking, I headed to them today only to receive a text 20min before my booking that the doc wasnt available today - this is the height of laziness with zero customer care - how about making a plan for an alternative person to assist - you deserve to lose all your customers with this amount of laziness. Get off your ass and provide a service!!!

Charged me for a parasite fecal screening but refused to give test, theft.
I had originally paid for this test. Some time had passed. After dropping my golden retriever off for a bath, they balled me and mentioned they could do a parasite fecal test. I said this sounds familiar… could you check and see if I have already paid for this. They looked at my account and saw that I indeed had already paid for this test. But since it was past 30 days of the original request, I would have to be charged again.
This is unfair and most likely illegal considering there was no mention of the 30 day requirement upon first payment. Also, I have been in multiple times before today and there was no mention and no reminder.
I called to speak to the supervisor Haley, I was put on hold. After 3 minutes on hold I was hung up on.
I imagine a company that treats their customers this way also treats their customer’s pets this way as well…

I called this establishment to receive medical advice and pricing on vaccines for my dog. An associate by the name of Bre answers the phone and was incredibly rude. She provided absolutely no help and ultimately hung up during our conversation. I have used multiple vets and have never been spoken to that way, seems like this place is very money hungry and the staff doesn’t care as long as you have$$$. Wouldn’t recommend working with Bre or this establishment in general.

DO NOT CALL THIS VET IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY WITH YOUR FURBABY!! They will not see you even if you’ve been an established patient for a decade. I have been going to this vets office for a decade and never had a problem until the past year or so. One of my fur babies almost died a few months ago because he had a urinary obstruction and they almost refused to see him due to ‘unavailability’. They magically had a cancelation after I spent thirty minutes begging and pleading with them to save him.
This morning my dog had an abscess rupture and they’re refusing to see her due to unavailability. It doesn’t matter if you’re a newly established patient or a veteran patient like me. It’s very disappointing and very disheartening to know that when it comes to an emergency you cannot turn to them for help. They will instruct you to go somewhere else. The bad part of all of this is the veterinarians aren’t even the problem. It’s the lack of ability to be seen by them.

This place microchipped and fixed MY dog, after the woman who got ahold of my French bulldog took her there. The woman wouldn't reply or respond to me until I found her through my own research and her own neighbors contacting me. They told her that my Frenchie had been pregnant multiple times and had at least 2 litters of puppies because of the size of her nipples, her nipples and skin were that way because she has severe skin allergies like most Frenchies do. I had to search and find this woman and my dog, only to find all of this out, and explain to this woman my dog has never ever been pregnant, frenchies can't just have litters of puppies like regular breeds can! They have to be inseminated and have major surgery to birth the puppies, any legitimate decent vet would know that, and Portia never had any surgeries they could have Checked her belly for scarring but they didn't. So this woman withheld my dog based on false pretenses because of the ignorance of this vets office alone. She assumed I was some backyard breeder instead of realizing that dog had been with us since she was 6 weeks old, she was our family pet and never ever bred. She was loved and cherished by my children and I. She had a bad reaction to a rabies vaccine that left her skin raw, that is the only reason she wasn't fixed because they required more shots and I didn't want to put her through that because of how bad her skin already was after we worked so hard to get it cleared up and manageable for her. Any decent vet with bulldog experience could have figured that out. The lost ad with her photo and TONS of this information had been posted for months and they let this woman get away with all of this without doing their due diligence. Very very sad and unfortunate for my family.
