Failed inspection because their computer caused a power surge to kill my battery that is only 3 to 6 months old and nothing is wrong with it but the guy insist it was the battery not changed it and still have problems with it

Rude! Rude! Rude! Owner was late and I apparently was parked in his unmarked space. He yelled at me then bullied me with his vehicle yelling at me to move with no explanation as to why. Extremely unprofessional terrible terrible terrible

Negative stars. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and rudely I was talked to by the owner of this emissions place. Indian owner, was so cocky and confident as he screamed at me to leave and he told me I wasn’t going to “dictate” what he does at his shop. At first I was confused thinking maybe just a bit of a language barrier and he obviously didn’t understand what I said, due to the fact that his response was so outrageous and bizarre to a basic question I asked about my required service. As a minority female, I questioned if he would have ever addressed and talked to a man that way and I was sure not. He spewed disgust and disdain at me, it was freaking weird, uncomfortable, hurtful, and I was embarrassed for him and for me. I was very rattled pulling out of his parking lot. Intentionally miss this stop and head to Cobb Pkwy by the Walmart, 2 facilities pretty much side by side. Minorities, please don’t give him your money, I’m serious. It was bad.

Awful! I always have my vehicles tested here due to the low price. Recently had a problem with one vehicle and the owner was less than helpful about a solution that wasn't my problem but his! Don't waste time and money here!
