I stayed there for almost 2 years and got evicted because I was not Jason's friend anymore I was given a immediate eviction notice to be out of the park before dark. I have known Jason for a while now and I can't believe he has become the person he is.

It's funny how people get kicked out and then want to write a bad review when Jason and Karen bend over backwards for people, but they don't tell you that part or why they were kicked out. This is a great place to stay weather it's full time or short term.

My small family and I have been happier than ever here at this park! Jason and Karen are wonderful, kind people that have made our stay an absolutely wonderful experience! The Oasis Clubhouse is very spacious and offers a full kitchen, large screen TV, pool table, small library, laundry room accessibility, bingo, karaoke and darts! Walkways are always clear and landscaping is very well maintained. Duck pond converted into a Doggy Island Oasis, 2 islands connected by beautiful wooden bridges and fountain and a bonus fire pit! Very SERENE! Friendly, outgoing staff always on site and willing to help in any way! Our needs here have always been met in a timely manner and we are proud and happy to call Oasis our home!

At first it was awesome. Jason and Karen were great we even helped them out here and there with pruning and such for rent help after the hurricane. Then for some reason it all went to hell and we were kicked out on lies. I was told if you get on his bad side your screwed and yep we got screwed. Said we went all over other campers property another lie and yet they really couldn't give a reasonable and truthful answer, just lies. It is a nice place, wanted to settle in and call it home and thought it was oddly cool that he would drive around on his golf cart and get high with the campers. Kicked us out based on lies, invoked statute 513 and we now know the police are in the wrong pocket, theirs. My friend Heather was fixing the awning and was on the roof and they called her a crack how. Not bad since they knew what she was doing. Feel sorry for all the people who were treated as poorly as we were . Would NOT recommend this place not even to my worst enemy

Moved in this park a few months ago and since moving in it has been nothing other than amazing. They even moved us to a nicer spot when one came available. Karen and Jason are amazing people I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for long term or short while traveling.

I bought a small trailer there in Nov. 2022 .I did not move in till Dec. 7 th 2022. I thought it would be my forever home. But Iam sad to say the management there is very Poor. They keep the place clean , but cause so much Drama between park Guest. The manager accuse me of calling the cops on Them when Karen had Jasons birthday party. He was yelling at me and I was scared. There is a lot of drinking and smoking in that park it not kid friendly. I do not recommend this park. Sadly I sold my place in Feb.

Management evicts as they see fit for their mood. One could actually do nothing to warrant eviction and yet if it comes you had better leave within the hour. When state statute states you have 48 hours. They will have the local sheriff's, who must be in their back pocket, standing there harassing you to get moving. The junk cars, the trash piles, the drugs not at all a family atmosphere by any means. The drunken parties and loudness after it's quite time real disappointed

We are traveling the US for the next year or so and landed at my favorite park on this journey by far. No it's not luxurious nor does it have extensive amenities, but what it lacks in looks, it overwhelmingly makes it up in spades with ambiance and awesome people. The park staff are an amazing couple Karen and Jason. They live on site and would pretty much converse with them daily. We have two small dogs whom I usually take to the dog park daily. However there isn't one within 30 minutes of the park. No worries. They converted a small duck pond with two little islands connected with bridges into a fantastic play area. There are showers. A huge common area with pool table. Darts TV kitchen and laundry. We stayed almost a month and I'm already asking my husband when we can come back! Can't say it enough how awesome Karen and Jason made our stay. True gems ? ✨️

What a little gem! Cozy and *quiet* and away from the main highway. The managers were excellent!! Took care of things quite nicely, great communication when needed, and they were helpful and friendly. We saw numerous big, wide open RV parks right next to the big highways...our quiet little spot next to the duck pond was a delight in comparison. And the price was right!. Highly recommend this park! Great location with a local grocery nearby, and everything you need within a 5 minute drive to Wauchula.

The Oasis was our first stay on our journey after Hurricane Ian. We are full time RVers from Ft. Myers, FL and were looking for a small place to start. The park mgmt., Jason and Karen, are the best. They genuinely care about everyone in the park, as many are full time residents. This park is an all ages park and it is on a 2 lane highway with a fair amount of truck traffic. Sod, citrus, watermelon, cattle, ginormous power poles, shipping containers....we watched it all go by. This is a country campground, so limited amenities and things to do.Will say this though, every person whom we met that were staying there, was kind, friendly and always had a wave for us. We were treated like family from the beginning. If you are looking for resort amenities and fancy things, this is not the place. However, if you want to just have a place to do nothing and actually just camp, this place is it.

We just spent two months at this park. The managers were wonderful!! They keep the facilities extremely clean and are constantly working on the grounds. We felt very secure leaving our camper there. People were very friendly and welcoming.

We have found only positive here at Oasis of Zolfo Springs…We travel all over the US and we absolutely love this place…Jason and Karen make sure your camping experience here is a happy one…they go above and beyond making you feel comfortable and like you’re their family!! Our neighbors were a lot of fun too…met some really great people…lots to do in the area too!! We wanted to stay longer…we will definitely be back!! Hopefully soon!! Thanks so much Oasis for a great time!!
