Zephyrhills auto repair shop saved us hundreds of dollars by telling the truth.
We were having problems with a pick up truck and we took it to an Auto parts store to run diagnostics and the store stated that we needed a new alternator that was gonna run us close to $1000. We took it to Zephyrhills auto repair shop and the lead mechanic told us that it is not the alternator. It was simply a bad battery we went from thinking we were going to have to spend nearly a $1k on this repair and it only cost us about $400 because of their honesty. This repair shop is honest and get the job done fast. they’re there for the customer. This is a mom and Pop shop. We highly recommend for your RV needs and for your vehicle. They will repair it. We can’t say enough about these people. They are truly the best in town..

Great people are here. Totally chilling and cool. No pressure whatsoever.
I brought my Infiniti (a rebadged Nissan) and my wife’s Mazda Tribute ( a disguised Ford Escape) here and was happy they were in good hands. I’ll absolutely be back.

Brought my Ford Fusion here with starting issues. I had already had Ford try to fix it, but they could not replicate the issue even after seven days. I brought it here, and through thoughtful testing and research for two days, they were able to replicate and diagnose. I appreciate the effort they put into the problem and research on the right solutions. Excellent customer service and technical skills! Shout out to Mercedes who went above and beyond. I'll definitely be recommending
to my friends and family!

4 years ago they must have put the rong ⛽ pump in my f 250. Because before I took it there it wouldgotothe full mark, when I filled up. And I wondered why it was on a quarter tank when I pick it up. Because it actually had a half tank when I dropped it off. Anyways!!I I fill it up and it only registers a quarter of a tank of gas what do you all think the problem is?

They worked on my thermostat...when I got car back ..the next time I went to start it ,it didn't start...I wiggle the battery cables and it started..then it happened again I called and they charged me for towing and to fix it...never again
