Marcela Espinosa is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. She was very helpful and actually cared to help me. Wells Fargo couldn’t have a better person to represent their branch at this location!

One thing I can say about Wells Fargo of Dade City & Zephyrhills is that they will never be as good as the one at The Villages. They treat us with respect & never complain about how many employee checks we deposit.

I came to the bank with my severely disabled spouse in a power chair to take care of some business after a Dr appt, because he was going in for surgery. The lady was very nice and said he had to make an appointment. I explained that he is sick and needs a lift to be put in the chair and needs to get this done before he goes to the hospital next week. The lady says, "You have to make an appointment." The place was empty, and no one was waiting.SMH?

This branch is AWFUL, especially the Cuban lady there. I went WITH my son to the branch so he could sign his pay check over to me so I could deposit it into my account. She refused to do it. So I asked to speak to someone to just have him added to my account. She refused again and said they were "booked" until Monday (there was 1 person there other than us)Mind you I have been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and I was not asking to do anything out of the ordinary and I also called before going into the branch!I called to complain and they could not understand why we were refused to begin with! Now I see why this branch has such a low score, they have no idea what they are doing, they lie and refuse service without reason. Please RETRAIN this staff or HIRE NEW STAFF, get it together!!! I will go out of my way to go to another branch from now on!

I had a perfectly good Barclays credit card. Wells Fargo bought it and demanded I drive an hour to their branch to verify my identity. I did. After being sent around to 2 other branches, they made me wait an hour then said they don't have time to do it today. Ridiculous. I don't know why anyone does business with this incompetent bank.

Wells Fargo did not refund the rest of my money that a local merchant fraudulently and recurringly charged my debit card. They said, our liability is only for 90 days. I called customer service on September 24th, and they said we will give you a manual credit for 330 dollars. Never happened. I'm tired of going back and forth with them. When you call customer service, you are speaking to someone literally 10,000 miles away from here in Florida. They lied. I'll be closing my account, and filing a complaint.

Bad experience first time with Wells Fargo, my 1st deposit with a teller inside the bank, I went to make my first deposit of $100.00 and they charge me $135.00. I confirmed the information with my other bank about the charge fee and they did not charge $35.00. In my bank statement looks 2 transactions, one for $100.00 and one for $35.00 SVC CHG ADV/DOM NATIONAL/ WELLS FARGO C/A #06672/ZEPHYRHILLS FL. I want my $35.00 back.

Will be looking into a bank that can actually meet its customers needs and aren’t rude to account holders. Local restaurant owner, we have a business account through Wells Fargo and every 2-3 weeks we exchange cash for change so we have change to cash out customers. We’ve been doing this since before COVID, and during COVID. Never had an issue before; today the banker operating the drive-thru said they couldn’t give us the change exchange due to the 9-month long coin shortage, she then lied and said we probably didnt know because we haven’t tried to do the exchange since it started….9 months ago… I was literally there two weeks and had 0 issues. When I informed her of that she then said “OH well it’s just started to get really bad this week.” Honestly just sounds like an excuse to not do your job. She then went on to say that they couldn’t do it AT ALL going forward. Not even $10. If Wells Fargo cannot provide a key function a business account needs then we’ll have to move onto a bank that is more accommodating and who definitely has better customer service.

Banker Katie Bouchard and Danielle Daniel was very helpful with my Audit on my business account. Thank you for working to clear this up for me. I would start going back to Zephyhills to deposit my check . Instead deposit at Lake Wales Branch.
