There are things Walmart has that most do not, so it's a must to have to come inside to get. Nowadays my anxiety gets so bad I hate coming into Walmart, way to many people. Wish Walmart would go back to being open 24hrs, so I could come in at 1am. When everyone is sleeping, so I don't have to get stressed out from shopping in a big box store!

I have never been treated so unfairly and rude at any retail store than Walmart. And this Walmart on Gall Blvd in Zephyrhills in particular and what make matters worse when they found out that they was in the wrong the supervisor nor employee didn’t even bother to apologize . So very unprofessional. So me and my friend (2 females) went into Walmart store # 706 to buy a couple of things being one of the things two Men graphics tees that are in the store on the little shelf cubbies thing for display which all the shirts were $8.98 so I got one shirt and she got another so then as we go to self check out we notice that one of the shirt didn’t have a tag on it so we call the store associate over and she ask if they are the same price which she check on the site to confirm that they are and we’re both $8.98 she then told us to scan the tag twice and proceed to help other customers. So then we paid for the items and walk to the exit as we get to the exit we are greeted by the loss n prevention security man where the first thing he says to us is “ oh I seen y’all switch the tags on the shirts “ not asking but automatically assuming so of course we are puzzled at this and yes I get these corporations take a major hit of loss from theft, fraud and etc but as in any business they is always a policy of every situation and a professional way to handle it . This guy didn’t care about any of that he continue to be rude and accuse us of wrongful conduct. So we ask for the supervisor, she arrives in the room and get the shirt in question scan it on her device and see that it is the same shirt and same price that it is supposed to be $8.98 with the same tag and upc code for both shirts (so again nothing was done incorrectly on our part) however instead of her making it right or either employee apologize since they both were wrong they didn’t say nothing and still chose to be rude . As a business owner myself trust I understand the severity of certain situations and people but when you know you are wrong to not show any respect or kind of professionalism after the fact is wrong. Walmart y’all really need to check who is hired . And over a graphic tee that y’all know y’all employees didn’t stock right is crazy. And honestly I don’t know if the guy was just racially profiling or not but a simple “we mess up” or “my bad” is still a small token of professional courtesy that wasn’t even given.

Good luck getting help finding something if you need help but other than that if you know where things are at and stay on the outer Isles you're probably not spend this much looking for what you went there for.

I wish they had more cashier's
I'm not excited about more self check outs and less person ability. Taking jobs away from ppl, we do the work of a cashier for free and still have to stand and wait for help when needed. Only have 4stars because Walmart pretty much always has what ya need, close to home, pretty clean. And I do feel our Walmart still has more cashier's then other Walmarts I've been in. So def pluses!..

The pick up is a joke here.. it would have been faster to go in and shop. 3 guys sitting on their phones, while 5 cars have been waiting.. ive been waiting 10 min now for two pairs of shorts. Also, nobody at the entire store Answers a phone!!!

With Walmart embracing self-checkout even more, going in to the store to pick up the one to two item orders is less complicated.

This review is for the Vision and Glasses Department.
The opticians on staff are always pleasant and attentive. Kim and her coworkers have helped me by repairing a few issues from accidentally sleeping in my glasses. Fortunate to have them for my eyewear purchases and unexpected mishaps.

I needed tires. I went to the website. Found a good deal. So I called my local store to see if they were in stock. I called 7 times. I could not get a human. So I went there. As I'm waiting in line at the automotive desk. I notice the phone is ringing. And neither of the two employees even thought about answering it. When I get to the counter, of course, they don't have the tires. And the only one's they do have are 3 times as much. And they can't get me in til next week. If I get there at 7am. 2 stars.
