Kudos to the associate Demetrius for helping me on the floor with sale items and then being the covering cashier as well, he definitely knows how to go above & beyond with customer service! Oh and the Cleanliness of the store was excellent!

Stop doing Fed Ex if you can't do it correctly !! 3 x have taken packages early in the A.M. to make sure they go out that day & I don't mean Sat. or Sunday as I know there is no pick up. Dropped 1 off early Thursday don't know what associate did with package but not picked up until following day. Do it right or don't do it..

Today (Saturday, 12/17/2022), a friend and I were in the store, when her ring slipped off her finger unto the floor. Mr. Clay (unknown last name, Store Manger) with a co-worker were walking pass. They stopped and were nice enough to help us find the ring, which had rolled under the shelves. Without Mr. Clay's help we would have never found the ring. Thank you Mr. Clay for your assistance!!!.

Stay away from this one locations pharmacy. The customer service is horrible. They never answer the phone will not look up information for you. When I went to switch my pharmacy and have my prescriptions transferred. The new pharmacisn't called the location. This walgreens told them I ha nothing on file. The new pharmacy called back again the next day and spoke to someone else and was able to transfer my prescriptions. They just don't care about their customers and their need for medication .

The pharmacists are extremely helpful and accommodating, not just every time I went there for anything, but especially in a time of need or if I just had a complicated situation after just moving to the area. In dealing with everything that I thought would be difficult with the move and all, they made it a breeze and eased my stress immediately! I have been to many pharmacies in Florida, unfortunately many of them being Walgreens, but this one made me feel like the entire pharmacy staff truly cared about my personal needs and I feel like that is rare at any pharmacy these days! I am so grateful to have found this pharmacy and MAINLY the pharmacy staff! Because without them and the compassion and kindness they showed me, which I am sure they is extended to other people as well, I know this would have been a harder transition when moving is already stressful enough! Thank you so much for everything you have done for me and I would recommend them to anybody and everybody!

This place is a joke! So poorly run. No joke, it doesn't matter what kind of question you ask, the employees and shift managers have no clue how to help.. I mean, NO CLUE... I won't even go here anymore because it's so frustrating seeing a staff that can't accomplish anything, and is totally uncaring in every way about helping a customer.. sad sad sad

I've called 5 times they literally will answer and say hold be right with you super fast then put me back on hold before I could say a single word they did that 5 times each time I would call and after each time they would just hang up on me this phone call is very important I need information about some extremely important meds ive been calling for days now and dealing with the same situation this truly hurts me its like they do not care at all. Btw im not the only one thats dealing with this.. I know they are busy I just wish they would at least explain why there so busy I understand covid is making everything more difficult.

I called the pharmacy about three minutes ago and the pharmacist was very rude and condescending. I was asking him about transferring a prescription for my son and he just seemed disinterested and ready to get off of the phone. I will not be going back to this pharmacy or Walgreens.

Worst place I went yesterday to get my asthma medication and they told me they were going to call me to let me know ow when was ready still today waiting for there call. They are very irresponsible also the girl who was helping weren't professional at all
