This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. It can two to three days to get a prescription. Three times I’ve needed to start medication on a certain date. I’ve given the pharmacy plenty of time to fill the prescription, called to make sure they got it and still it isn’t filled when I arrive. Horrible customer service.

I can't get my prescription until 10:00 tomorrow morning I am very disappointed and I want to switch pharmacies now.

Worst pharmacy staff ever. They are unorganized with medications, lack communication with each other, and act as if serving you is a burden. This has been multiple staff members and they have an attitude.

Delivery is available on Walgreen’s schedule not the patient. Sad they give excuses for everything.

My daughter went in to pick up Genexa for my baby. Tag said $10 as sale item and the forehead cold patches for baby Said sale price 2 for $8. When she went to pay with cashier, she was told full price items. She mentioned sale prices and was told those were just false advertisements. Was she too lazy to confirm price or does walgreens really post falso advertisements in store. My daughter was also given a fake $20 bill which she's good at catching because she works with money and went back inside to notify them. Manager did give her a real $20.

I was told my prescription wasn't ready and to take a quick seat. 35 minutes later I went up to the counter to inquire how much longer. Whoever filled it, put it on the shelf and did not notify me it was ready. I will not use this pharmacy again unless it's an emergency

The pharmacy technicians are rude and lazy. Month after month prescriptions are not refilled when requested through the app instead they require you to call and wait on hold to be hung up on by disrespectful careless employees and then tell you after waiting a week for a refill that now they're out of that medication and have no estimated time on getting it filled. They absolutely don't care about people who need their medication. If you hate your job get a new one. I promise you won't be missed in the pharmacy.

While they claim to accept OTC benefits, the cashiers lack the knowledge to process these transactions.

I had a 90 day supply of my meds, they didn't have it all, they said they would refill 30 days and I could get the rest after 30 days, went to refill it, they said I had 5 days to pick up the rest, nobody told me I had 5 days to pick it up so now I have to get a new prescription. I will never go back there, veryIncompetent staff. How can you play with people's lives.

The pharmacist Stanley was rude and told me I didn’t need the medication my doctor prescribed, that I could just take it tomorrow because he’s a “one man show” and too busy.

Don’t know how they stay in business honestly. Terrible pharmacy and you can’t buy anything on sale unless you agree to give them your personal info for their card- no thanks!
