i was searching for a dog groomer and this site came up, so i called, only to find out, they do not groom dogs at this location. they should not be advertising this on the web if it's not a service they provide. also, i was in the search of cockatiel for a couple of years. they finally got them in only to find, their price was ridiculously over the top and extremely high as i find all their prices on all their pets are.

These ppl dont pay their new hires. They don't have new hires complete paperwork so when its revealed how horrible the store is, your not PAID! Beside the absolute foul language they are point driven. The dogfood they recommend to customers are only the brands that they get the biggest points for. Pets are delivered in boxes that sit at the desk all day. Those poor animals are trapped in those boxes, mercilessly. The 4th "in charge" told how she made her pit bull vicious on purpose! Think about exactly how a dog is made vicious... Employees, left on the clock to shop next door and go buy a bed! Yes my trainer left during training to go buy a bed! It was a absolute horrible experience. A "behind" the scene look at how this pet store is really ran. pathetic

The manager Debra of the zephyrhills location refuse to honor their return policy. She was very rude and even after I went online and showed her Pet Supermarket return policy she refused! I didn't have the receipt,but I had just bought the harness two days ago' I'm a VIP I'm in the system. All she had to do was ask me for my # and accommodate me! Then she had the nerve to tell me that what I showed her online was not Pet Supermarket return policy and then proceeded to ring up a receipt which has the return policy on the back! I guess she thought I couldn't read or wasn't going to read it but when I read it it said if you don't have a receipt to return a product in 7 to 10 business days you can get a gift card equal amount and she still refuse to remedy this situation that she created! It was plain to me that this women thought I stole the harness and was trying something funny! And that she didn't respect me because I was black(my observation) now I can never go in that store again because I was so disrespected! I been going to that store long before she came and had never had a problem. I have 4 dogs 2 cats and 2 fish tanks. As a matter of fact I went in the store to buy a fish tank but after her being so rude and being insubordinate I went up the street to Pet Supplies and spent $200 on a full fish tank setup. Things got so bad with this women till I had to call THE POLICE! I reached out to customer service but was blown off with an email

Time to stock up on some puppy groceries. This a wonderful Zephyrhills pet food store. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I always find something new fue my puppy to try out. Stop by if your in the area.

This pet store has a ton of great stuff for your pets! My interactions with the staff gives me the impression that they really are animal lovers. The prices are going to be a bit high simply because this is a specialty store. They host cat adoptions on Saturdays between 2 and 4pm with a local rescue.

This place gets worse every time I go. The aquarium section is horrendous and so so sad to see as a fish lover. There was a male betta fish kept in an already overcrowded tank of mollies/platies.... I asked the worker about it and he said it's fine because "they're not all aggressive" and "there's too many fish in there for him to be a j*** anyways" .....the poor betta's fins were all torn up and it was visibly stressed out. All the tanks were overcrowded and dirty and many incompatible different species were just mixed together in the small tanks. They have a really good fish food selection though, but that's about it. Oh yeah, the worker also tried to sell me Chinese algae eaters and say they were the same thing as Otocinclus catfish... Um.... thankfully I know better but imagine if someone unexperienced just took his word for it? Come on pet supermarket, do better. This was the last time I will ever go here.

This location is the closest Pet Supermarket. I have been coming to this location for years to take care animals ranging from fish to cat to dog. The staff is nice and helpful when needing advice or looking for a particular item. I love being my beagle in to help with training and purchasing food, treats, toys, and even cute doggie outfits. I just can't get over how clean this store is especially for being a pet store. Also, the prices are much better than their competitors. I am talking several dollars worth of savings on a single item. I will keep coming to this location for years to come.

This is my male Indian ring neck, Echo. We live in Panama City and had to come down after losing my gran. He was accidentally let out, we are desperately looking for him and are offering a reward to anyone who returns him to us. He talks a lot and knows his name. Some of his favorite words to say are: his name (Echo), where are you, peek a boo, I love you and he loves to give kisses. Please please let us know if you see/hear anything about him. He was last seen at the Hillsborough River State Park camp on Thursday. I just wanted to let every vet/pet store in the area know he is missing in hopes that we can get our baby back!

Not sure who is running the place in there as of today, but I have never encountered a more rude individual in my life and she is solely responsible for the fact that I will not return there. She obviously doesn’t like her job.

Be very careful in reporting bad behavior about this store manager to the corporate office.... she will stalk you on Facebook then leave a bad review at your place of employment.... had to make a police report to ensure cyber bullying will not continue

Most of the employees are rude and would rather be texting rather than helping customers. They never have what you need. Have made 2 complaints to Corp in three days and to the girl that told me I’m f’d no honey you are Corp knows and has your name. Enjoy unemployment
