My dad is 90 and needed a few links removed from a watch band. These fine folks wrestled with the band (the gentleman admitted this is a difficult band to change) foe about 10 minutes and then told me I didn't owe him a dime. They have a lovely selection of unique jewelry and it was a zero pressure environment. If you need any jewelry or watch services or want to shop and support a local business, I highly recommend you give Valentinos a look. Thank you!

Excellent service and value! I bought my wife's and myself wedding rings from Valentino's Fine Jewelry and never regret choosing them as our jewelry. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Also, I have never felt pressured in making a purchase.

We popped in the store to comparison shop jewelry for my daughter. The staff was so helpful and patient (we’re a lot to deal with when the family is together ) but they gave us different options that really helped us understand what our piece was going to look like. They work with our budget, we ordered and received our name plate charm with a quick turn around and couldn’t be more happy. Kathy and her associate were a blast to work with and we will definitely do business with them again.
