“We recently had a major issue with our vehicle (purchased at Thomas) that required installation of a new engine. After a lengthy discussion with Andrew and Wade, It was agreed that their mechanic could do the work at their dealership. During this process, my husband was consulted often by Andrew about the progress of the repair and warranty coverage giving him peace of mind. In fact, Andrew always said "call us anytime if you have any concerns or questions".
The car is now fixed and working well.

“They were so nice with something that was 100% our fault. We dropped a uhaul trailer off after hours and left it outside their gate. 2 days later we realized a mistake we made and went back to confirm they checked in our trailer. The gentleman explained he did not have the trailer on my contract on his lot. I explained we dropped it off a few nights ago and I know it's not his problem but could we view any security footage to see if someone took it after we dropped it off. He said no one has taken a trailer in the three years he has been there. He explained one of the trailers was left in the last 2 days but he could not check it in because it was not checked out to anyone. He was fine with me staying on the lot to try and figure it out. Comes to find out the uhaul dealer we got it from put the wrong equipment number on our contract. After getting the clear from a uhaul representative, he was very helpful and most importantly kind and friendly about checking it in for us. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!”
