We recently had a major issue with our vehicle (purchased at Thomas) that required installation of a new engine. After a lengthy discussion with Andrew and Wade, It was agreed that their mechanic could do the work at their dealership. During this process, my husband was consulted often by Andrew about the progress of the repair and warranty coverage giving him peace of mind. In fact, Andrew always said "call us anytime if you have any concerns or questions".
The car is now fixed and working well.
A huge thank you to the staff of Thomas & son for not only doing a great job, but for the kind, caring attitude. I highly recommend them from purchasing a vehicle to service!

Another great transaction! We were looking for a secondary vehicle and found it at Thomas and son. They are down to earth, likeable, and willing to help you with everything. They even helped me get the insurance I needed. When it's your turn to be helped, you have their undivided attention. The only time they are not with you is when they're doing something for you. They are definitely the Bee's Knees in my book.

Friend of ours told us about Thomas & Son when we were in need of a new vehicle . We had previously purchased at CarMax and had an awful experience, so we were very leery about purchasing from a used car lot again. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by friendly , accommodating Andrew and he took wonderful care to show us their large selection of cars, allow us to test drive and gave us very clear information with full transparency. What I liked is they were supportive while not being pushy at all, if you have been to other car lots I know you understand what I mean ( especially as a woman )This place was wonderful and I felt fully comfortable and confident. My family and I ended up choosing a Buick Enclave , I was concerned about financing as we were there on a Saturday (most banks are closed )and I'm self employed so my finances are a bit more complicated. This was no issue at all , I got approved with a very reasonable rate , they even adjusted the price of the vehicle , and I paid very little down.
paperwork signing was quick and painless , everyone in the office was so kind and friendly to our family. I absolutely love my car Will definitely be back for any service needs and future cars we purchase. Seriously look no further , this place is the BEST !!

Best prices in town, friendly staff, and thorough inspections left me making this the only place I’ll bring my truck in to. Not only did the starter replacement cost half what other places quoted, but the technician went above and beyond to make sure everything I inquired about was addressed and resolved. So pleased. Absolutely recommend!
