On Saturday morning, I booked online at 943 am for a 1045 am appointment.. I received an email at 943 am thst my request was pending. I did not get a response until 1034 am that my request was approved which did not give me enough time to get to the appointment and the notification didn't come in until after the appointment time. I was then sent an invoice for 25.00 for missing the appointment. I received a reminder to pay this invoice this morning, the following day. So not only did I get the notification until last minute, they want to charge me because I didn't make it.
Will not book or come here ever. I will also not be paying this invoice. BEWARE of the scam!

I just had my first hair cut and style with Zuki at Studi 7. First the salon is super cute. I felt very welcome when I walked in. When Zuki came around to greet me , I just felt at ease. She was so professional, inviting, caring, and overall so sweet. I went in to get bangs cut and came out with a new look. I LOVE MY HAIR!!!! Thank you Studio 7 and a HUGE Thank you to Zuki!!

I am so happy I came here. Kylie is incredible I definitely will be back. My hair was boring and flat and I wasn’t fully sure what I wanted done. I showed Kylie a few reference pictures from pintrest & she worked her magic. After only two hours in her chair she completely fixed me up with a full head of highlights & curtain bangs. My blonde highlights are so beautifully blended & not the least bit fried I am so impressed. The salon is super clean, everyone there is super friendly, and Kylie is literally amazing. Plus their pricing is extremely reasonable especially compared to other Tampa salons. See you for my touch up!!

I got my hair done a couple days ago with Zuki and I can’t say enough great things!! Zuki is so sweet and knows what she is doing. What I asked for is what I got and I’m so happy with how she did my hair!! Thank you so much Zuki, I can’t wait to come back!!

While in town for business and seeing family, I decided that I NEEDED a bit of a trim/hair cut for a new style and made a last minute appointment for this morning with Zuki, who did not disappoint me and actually IMPRESSED me with her knowledge, expertise and styling. I went from a big frump to a sassy younger looking boss lady! So much so that I wanted to see what else I could get done with color, lashes or eyebrow tinting while I was there. Though I don't live locally and am only visiting family while in Tampa for work, I definitely would like to come back to get a full day of services. I can only say, I wished you were in Atlanta and THANK YOU!

Very Disappointed!!! I asked for a 70's Feather cut. Was told it would not be an issue, They knew how to do the cut. I specifically said that I did Not want a straight blunt cut at the bottom. That is exactly what they did. As they were cutting I was asking questions to make sure we were on the same page. The hair dresser called her mother to come and do the so called feathering cut with a razor. Going by how they both we're cutting I continued to ask questions knowing they weren't cutting it properly to achieve the look I wanted. Because I apparently ran over my alotted time, the mother finished the job stating that the stylist had another client to do. Also stating that Another stylist would be a better fit for what I was asking for. It's a shame I wasn't told this from the beginning or I would've waited. When I called for the appointment I informed them that my hair was close to waist length trying to make sure I would get someone that knew what they were doing. During my cut, I also learnt that these young stylist had only been out of school a year. To bad I wasn't informed about that either or I would have gone elsewhere to a more seasoned stylist.
Now, I am stuck with Short somewhat layered hair. Maybe if your a young person these stylist would be okay, but not an older client unless they have extremely short hair. Now I have to try and find a seasoned hair dresser to try and fix these people's screw up.
Requested style: 1970s Feather cut. NOT just a blunt layered cut.

I came here for the first time, and Schulyer (pronounced Skylar) did an awesome job with my hair. She kept asking me questions about what exactly I wanted and she delivered! She made sure to put extra hairspray so my style is good for a 2 day event. She kept asking me if I was satisfied with my color. She was very kind and respectful. All the ladies working here are so kind. I found my new hair place near home!
