My son purchased (2) items from the store but one of the items was not the correct item. He went back to return/exchange it and this tall older white guy with white facial hair refused to exchange/return it. My son has complained of him overcharging. We have been customers at this store for over 5 years and we have never had to return an item, unfortunately the customer service we received tonight 10/20/23 was unacceptable. He said there is No return or exchange policy, however every store usually works with their customers.
