I have never seen a business Less interested in making money. Over the course of the last year I have asked numerous times if they could get certain flavors and certain strengths in stock. Always told the owner won’t get certain things in for people. I guess he really doesn’t want the business. How many other people go out of Zephyrhills or use another smoke shop because of this. The employees seem genuinely frustrated.

Something about this place… customer service is incredible, top tier & the gentleman(Joe) that assisted me was well knowledgeable , hooked me up with some good merchandise I had no idea about and yes I intend to shop there some more.Also, the shop is very well maintained ?Will post photos next time

✨The woman who works there and is super helpful to me about kratom is amazing inside and out. She takes her job seriously like a boss. Always a warm welcome here to purchase . The man who works here,also positive feedback. he seen me during a manic episode and was very patient and non judgemental for me to remember my pin and reset for purchase. Everyone was super friendly there and very helpful. I was new to the vapes I was looking at and all 3 people working was willing to help us with all of our questions while being super friendly and patient. Once we purchased our new vapes they also set them up for us and showed us how. Along with giving us helpful tips for the beat quality use of the products. Really awesome people and the store was very clean and neatly set up. 5 out of 5 starts on every aspect of this shop. Thanks guys for everything! ???
