If I could give a negative star I would. Ryman roofers hired subcontractors that drank on the job and left our home exposed to the elements. We took video of it raining in our home. The contractors cut our trusses and we needed an engineer to fix them. Our ceiling collapsed and we lost everything due to mold that spread in our home within days. Our children and us lived in hotels and air bnb for over 8 months while they went back and forth about who was at fault. Their insurance didn't cover negligent work. The initial leak in our home occurred after they replaced the roof a few years prior 3 to be exact. I give good reviews when good work is done. This was a nightmare and I would never recommend them. They also have some people they are very friendly with in the county. Use at your own risk

I’d highly recommend Ryman Roofing to anyone in need of a roof repair. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and the customer service is excellent.

Guys from ryman roofing just got done with roof repair and what a exceptional job done, the 2 young men were very nice and hard working,cleaned up all around house and roof work looks so professionally done ?.Ed that gave us a estimate was excellent

Very happy !!!! with my new roof from Rymans. When Ed came out for the estimate he was able to help me with a Color Choice and he was right! New roof looks beautiful! I really appreciate the help. They worked really hard to make this job finish, as fast as possible , and with great products.

I purchased a roof and gutters through Lowe's and they contracted Ryman to install them. The gutters are holding up fine, but the roof is now around 6 years old and it's already leaking. I called Lowe's in Clearwater who referred me to Ryman. I called Ryman who referred me back to Lowe's. Lowe's referred me again ?back to Ryman because" they are the installers so therefore they should repair the leak". In the meantime the watermarks on my front hall ceiling are looking worse everytime it rains. The roof cost ( without the gutters) was $8500.00. which is a costly expense for anyone including a senior citizen. Like any customer, all I ask for is fair treatment instead of going through the proverbial run around between Lowe's and Ryman Roofing.

We have used Ryman Roofing several times over the past 15 years with satisfactory results. However, the last two jobs they did for us left us disappointed. We waited for over a month each time for a reply to our request to send someone out to check out completed jobs we had questions about and problems with. We are still waiting for our company contact to come check out our most recent job we have reason to suspect was not done as specified on our contract. He was a no show on the day he scheduled to stop in and has not even contacted us since (going on 2 weeks now). This is not the customer relations from Ryman Roofing we have known in the past. We are frustrated and very disappointed.

The. Roof looks great. However, I have stepped on 11 nails and had to have 2 flat tires repaired because of nails. Also, am still not pleased with the replacement of my gutter guards.Service: Roof installation

We needed to replace our roof, so we had three companies give us estimates. Ed Came out from Ryman and was very professional and had already researched our roof via satellite. He still walked all around the house before coming back in to go over the details of how they would strip everything down to the wood and then prepare it again for new shingles. Our house is about 3,000 square feet. Their crew of six plus men worked from sun up until sundown for two days and did a wonderful job. They were mindful of our landscaping and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We would definitely recommend Ryman to anyone in need of roofing services.Service: Roof installation

Ryman repaired wood and other areas and then installed metal roof. I called 4 roofing companies and Ryman was the only one that called me back. From the first phone call, the entire process was smooth and seamless. Angela is amazing. She is very professional, yet personable. She contacted me on a regular basis to give updates. Ed came out a few days later and inspected and thoroughly explained everything since I only Bought the house 2 years ago and the roof was over 30 years old, I was excited and extremely happy that the roof would be torn down to wood. He also came by at the end after roof was complete to make sure I was completely satisfied. When the tear off crew showed up, everything ( dump trailer) was on site and ready for them to begin. They worked fast, but hard and tiressly. My neighbors and I watched and highly impressed by the talent, teamwork, and fun personalities of this crew. Every repair or unexpected area of damage, I was shown . Then I was given options. Two days later the metal crew was at my home early and the best. They did not quit until they were finished. Everything was cut, trimmed, and fit for perfection.i have been aroundroofers much of my Life and this far exceeded my expectations. Aaron periodically came by to see if the crews needed anything and my Satisfaction. Also, my neighbors and I asked many questions to learn more of all and answers were always kindly given .My husband passed last year and he was going to replace the roof ( he used to be a roofer) so the whole process was emotional Every measurement, every chalk line, tear off, and much more was exactly how he would have done it. I was never taken advantage or treated like I was any different because I was a woman.Services: Roof repair

I contacted Ryman Roofing as I had a metal roof that was leaking. They sent out someone to do the estimate. He was very professional and kind. He recommended panels be put over the metal roof. These panels were white and the roof look so beautiful when it was completed. The roofers were very respectful and answered all my questions. There was an issue with the porch roof so they called their supervisor to get instructions on how to fix it instead of doing it themselves with the possibility of fixing the issue incorrectly. I also decided at the last minute to do the shed. They came out right away to price it and waived the cost of installation only charging for the material which was a very fair price.I would recommend Ryman Roofing to anyone looking to have a roof put on their home.
