Moved to a different state ! Won’t let me pay with a debit card ! Returned my money order ! And is putting my unit up for auction ! Horrible place do not rent from here ! No where does it say on there website that they will not take debit card payments over the phone !

Tina is not any help. Had a family member pass away locker was paid up to date and they wouldn’t let us in to get his personal stuff horrible customer service. Refuses to give us the owners name to business. Don’t go here

The ladies at the store were friendly and helpful.They even went above and beyond ,to get my money back due to not being able to use the trailer I had rented.They tried to find / locate another trailer , option for me.Thank you ladies ?.Located at the unit by Winn-Dixie CR54E

I've been using this facility for a while now and never had a problem until the guy that usually handled my payments quit. I put my money order in the drop box this month and was told that my money order wasn't in there. I ended up having to pay for the unit twice including a late fee which I've never gotten before. I don't have $106 to give away. I feel horrible that someone would do people that way, but it will catch up to them in the end.

I have been using this Storage site for years, now. Tina is Wonderful and such a Blessing as she reminds me when I will need to pay my Storage dues to avoid any additional charges, monthly. I feel safe inside the gated units, too.

AWESOME! the 1st contact lady/person was amazing as well as the 2nd lady !! clean, professional and great. we have 2 u haul s around the corner from our house and choose this one 3 miles away because of their amazing customer service! Thank You
