Love this place. People are uber friendly. The staff is knowledgeable. The prices are decent and you can refill propane. I had never been to TS before coming to Zhills. They even have plants and baby chick's. Wow!

Dan has been delivering our feed for quite awhile now and we couldn't be more thankful to have him as our deliverer. He plays a big part in keeping our animals fed and our lives a bit easier! Thank you Dan for all you do!

This store understands when there is a quality problem and they stand behind what they sell. Josh listens to your side, takes a look at the problem and agrees or keeps asking questions. At the end he is very good at "TAKING CARE OF THE COUSTOMER" That what all businesses should think about these days. Customer Service is above and beyond. Bailey, Cindy, Josh and Jackie always go the extra mile to ensure my needs are met. I own an animal rescue that focuses on special needs animals. The team knows what we need and go out of their way to accommodate us. This is top notch customer service.

Cindy is off the chart. Came from Brooksville looking for a utv that mistakenly said they had in their inventory. She took the time and found one and is having it delivered next day. Who does that anymore. It may be farther for me to travel then my local store but Zephyrhills store is the bomb definitely worth it. Ten star service

I was having a really rough week , and I had been tryin to find duck pellets all week as I only had enough for two more days , I found that they had two bags left . I went to order online and it wouldn’t work . I called back and a man answered begging him to let me pay for it over the phone and hold as I would not be there till the afternoon to get them and he said , I’ll put them in the back for you but can’t let you pay over the phone . I try not to frequent box stores as I believe small business has to be supported. I have worked in the agricultural industry all my life. Several times in retail so I feel as though customer service is job one. I went this morning searching for clipper blades. Only one in the locked case. Poor inventory. I encountered a employees hand cart in the isle and a cart in the adjacent isle. His hand cart was in the middle of the isle not allowing me to get around. I asked if this section of the store was being blocked for any reason, after a long pause he stated that it was just his hand cart. Wait, what?! That I could clearly figure. No answer to the question. I moved it and walked by. He disappeared. I needed some help. No one to be found. I found something else I needed. Went up check out. The cashier was pleasant.She rang me up. She didn't tell me how much my purchase was. I sat there for a moment waiting. Then I asked. This seems to be the norm these days. Very unacceptable in the customer services realm. It may be petty but good service is good service. I quit doing business at a local feed store for that same reason. Bad service.

I love coming to this Tractor Supply Store for all my poultry, dog, and lawn needs. They usually have everything we need like chicken layer feed, dog food, lawn care items, pine shavings, straw, and other supplies. They have cute clothes too. The only reason I did not give them five stars is that they are always out of HydroHen water supplement for poultry. Everyone uses it and wish they would keep it in stock. The store is clean and staff is very friendly. The curbside pick up is fast and accurate unless you are ordering hydro hen. You place order and they say it is in stock. They message you that cannot fill that part of order as they are now out. This has been an issue at this store for some years. Everything else is great. Speedy registers and staff with smiles willing to help is why I keep coming back.

They have just about everything. Trailer and RV hardware, fencing, rope, batteries, solar panels, bird seed, clothing, animal traps, trailer tires, trailer frames, and that's just what l've gone there for.

Super helpful and very friendly. Best part... no line at the cashier. Unlike someone across the street. Ehhehm RK. I'll keep coming back due to they have been in the community for a long time and are very nice.
