At first i was going to give him one star but i said to myself let me give him the benefit of the doubt. Let’s start with the positives first. When you first reach out to him he answers promptly and he will come to diagnose or check out the problem with your car, for this he will charge about $80. Dude is respectful when he comes to do your work as well. Now lets talk about the negatives.
1. Zeke came to fix my car multiple times, within the same week. Everytime he came, he charged me that 80 fee along with whatever parts he had to buy ALONG WITH his labor fee. One time he forgot the parts, had to come back the next day and still charged me the 80$ fee.
2. If you are looking for a simple brake and rotor change. This is your guy. Anything else, go to a dealership or find someone else. Numerous i watched him stop what he was doing to watch youtube videos on what he was trying to accomplish. That shows lack of experience to a job he had committed too, which in my opinion i feel as if my car ended up failing on me and me having to get a new one.
3. After collecting all his money, and you run into a problem in which you thought he fixed, he ghosts you. Like you text him..no answer. You call him…no answer. My husband saw him one day and he said he would return our calls. Im still waiting to this date over a year now.
Zeke might be a great guy personally, i don’t know. But when it comes to being an owner of a business, you have to show more professionalism and promote what you are good at. If you do not know what you are doing Dont promote you can do it all, then when you get into an engine you’re sweating bullets and watching youtube videos. I understand inflation has been high but don’t give customers half ass jobs just to make a dollar. Its okay to just be a mechanic who is able to do only oil changes and switch brakes.

Zeke does excellent work and is my go to mechanic. This is my second time utilizing his services. He is professional, patient, and efficient. It’s so convenient to have him come to my location to repair my car. I highly recommend him you will not be disappointed!

Called this morning for him to come out, he was here by lunch, fixed the issue quickly and was very reasonably priced for mobile mechanic. Would definitely refer to everyone.

I called my local dealership requesting an appointment for a sudden repair and was given an appointment five days later. I called another Mobile mechanic but they didn’t answer the phone. On the Way is like the title, he answered, got the symptoms from me, decided on plan and was prepared with the part without any hesitation. He was On the Way as we spoke. Why go to a shop when they can come to you? One reason is that they have to be reliable when you need them and be professional mechanics to correctly troubleshoot your car’s problem. Zeke is that mobile mechanic that you can trust to get the job done.

I called several mechanics before I got Zeke. Let me tell you, Zeke was on time, very communicative, reasonably priced, listened to my concerns and never made me feel dumb or like I didn’t know what i was talking about. It would have cost me between 3-5 grand at the ford dealership and it would have taken about a week, week and a half to get things buttoned up.
Zeke did everything quick and efficient. But he didn’t dilly daily either on the labor either. He comes fully ready to go! He has everything meticulously organized in his trailer. He will be our go to guy when it comes to mobile mechanics. So lucky to have found On the way mobile mechanic!??

What a wonderful experience. I never had a mechanic come to The job site to work on the vehicle, So my first experience was excellent. This man was very polite with reasonable prices over the phone. He put on four new rotors and new brake pads within the hour.

On the way mobile mechanics rang true to the name. I found Zeke not only a very skilled mechanic who quickly diagnosed and remediated the issues with our car but a consummate professional. His prices are very reasonable and competitive to any of the garages I had contacted and his outputs were great. Additionally, I found Zeke to be a good human who takes pride in the what as well as the how and it shows!!

My key got locked in the on position and car wouldn't start. I called and Zeke came to my rescue..we changed out the battery and I'm back on the road again..not sure it's a good thing for ya'll lol but it is for me. Zeke replaced my rotors and brakes was fast and efficient and honest. I texted him on a Friday and he set an appt for the next day and was able to service my truck immediately. When I was told by another establishment I had 50% brakes left on my truck Zeke caught it and showed me I at best had 20%. Thank you Zeke for taking care me and my family

I am a father to two twins that are 18 months old so to have somebody come out to the house was perfect for me. I was so surprised that it only took an hour for the gentleman to complete the job.Honestly, he was the best price around and to come to me I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely will be using the service again, He was very professional. He knows what he’s doing and he actually takes his time to check his work afterwards and it wasn’t like he was trying to upsell me or to get me to purchase things that weren’t required for my vehicle. If I could have given him more than five stars, I would have.
