The guy called me fat and made multiple comments on my weight, meanwhile I’m 9 months pregnant. Completely rushed through my 45$ pedicure. Very disappointed and not at all worth 45$.

Jay was super sweet and very accommodating ? I have an old injury on my left foot and so my toes are quite sensitive. I told him that and he was so gentle and kind, making sure to check in with me asking how my foot was doing. The pedicure was so fun!Definitely a 5 star place, they are all so sweet.

I went in and immediately had a bad feeling about cleanliness but i was desperate and needed my nails done as my normal place was super busy, I sat down and just got a acrylic fill with an easy design request. The man doing my nails was friendly but did a terrible job on my nails and when I asked him to try to fix one of them he tried again and it was even worse. I feel like if he wasn't capable of doing the design he shouldn't have confidently said he could. They were messy and felt like he rushed despite the fact that it was a very slow day. I didn't get a picture because i frantically ran to the nearest salon to get them done. wouldn't recommend.

I've been there several times but this last time I was there with my spouse we both got pedicures and I picked out my colors for Christmas for my toes and did not want the gel this time and they proceeded to do so an messed up my toes and the guy messes up my toes and was in such a rush and the lady came over asked if everything was OK I said no and she even rushed to fix it and then charged me 55.00 when we only got basic pedicures which is 25.00 so clearly that should have only been 50.00 so I was over charged and I always tip cash never on my card for services in such salon i very disappointed and dis satisfied with how it turned out the toes are still messed up they should have completely re did them but did not so now my Christmas toes look horrible very sad for the money we spent !!!

Really enjoyed my pedicure! Price starts at $25 & it is worth every penny. If you don't speak up about what you want, that is on you. The owners & workers are of asian decent so you need to be exact. They are wonderful here!Service: Pedicure

Today my daughter and I waited for over 30 minutes at a different salon only to be told that the wait would be longer due to customers who had appointments. We left and walked into Nails VIP without appointments. We are so glad we did!! We were greeted with smiles and kind words and they took us immediately after we selected our colors. The pedicures were thorough, relaxing, beautiful, and reasonably priced! We will definitely be back!!Service: Pedicures

my granddaughter, husband, and i all went to this salon based on reviews. what a disappointment! my granddaughters acrylic nails ended up different shapes with some pointing downward. most were square but 2 were round! she had him redo 3 of them and they still were terrible! she felt intimidated to say any more. my husband's manicure and pedicure were ok....ok.... no leg massage etc even though he paid for the most expensive pedicure. a real sham! but....then the really big problem. i was having a pedicure and ended up with a big cut riggt on the end of my toe. he used cotton fluff to try and stop the bleeding. .fibers kept getting stuck in cut. then the biggest problem...dropped the cotton fluff on the floor and put it back on the cut. after about an hour of bleeding i told him i was going home. my husband took me home and did his best to clean up the wound and bandage it. they did not appear to have any supply of bandages except small bandaids. my husband then returned and picked up our granddaughter who was about in tears over her nails. so a $100 plus later we r ok...ok... never ever returning! i have had many many pedicures and never had a problem!

I came to this place on the weekend and let me just say this is the first salon that does not put bags in the tub for pedicures which was very weird .. they also don't have new tools for when they do the pedis the older lady was in a rush because there was people coming in so she didn't even finish my hands . I will not be back and definitely do not recommend

Clean salon & great prices! I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years now. It gets very busy sometimes so make sure to make an appointment ahead of time to make sure they are able to get you in. Everyone there does an amazing job. Ask for Helen & Jay! They are my favorite. Helen can freestyle designs like no other & always makes sure my nails are perfect! Jay has given me the best pedicures I’ve ever had & he’s so sweet!
