my experience was terrific.I was waited on by Exlisa first then the manager. They told me about the deal for older clients where you get a new phone and tablet. They walked me through everything and answered all my questions. They were professional and extremely nice and knowledgeable. Will continue to recommend to everyone.

Walked in to port my phone number to metro and activate service around 11:30am on Friday. Not busy at all. Julia greeted me with a smile and pleasant attitude. She handled all quickly and professionally. I appreciated her calm demeanor. Great customer service. Glad I came in.

The big guy with the tattoo on his arm who opened the store this morning 11/14/23 was very rude and unprofessional. Just wanted to pay my bills, he rudely spun the computer around and said "the systems not up yet, if you need your phone on that bad go to the one on the other side of town" he's obviously miserable with his life and doesn't need a job dealing with customers!

Zach and Bizeida were so helpful with my boyfriends phone and found out someone tried to hack it.. then they had screen protectors for my phone and a case its a t-mobile phone and t-mobile didn't even have it in their stores! Thank you both for being so helpful ?
