I went in cause my phone was having issues and was way to big and I found Julia came back to metro I decided to buy a phone from her she transferred all my stuff and made sure I was okay she is always so pleasent to talk to when I go into metro I know I will be taking care of if she there I highly suggest going to see her.

Had a real problem with cell and I take it the person on duty may have been a manager but nevertheless he solved the issue in 15 minutes and I was on my way.

I went into the store because my internet all of a sudden was dragging they referred me to 611... 611 got it up and working a little bit better ...I am still not at 100%. I don't even feel like calling them againMetro switched me to another towerhowever the same thing happened last year when all the snowbirds came down and the towers could be overwhelmed... That's just my opinion and seems to make sense because in the summer I had absolutely excellent internet with no issuesNot sure what to do with this point
