Terry came out and checked my system and gave me a fair price to replace the compressor, coils and fan motor. Then Jason and Tyler came and did a great job on the install. I would recommend Lloyd’s AC to anyone needing their AC replaced. It’s nice to work with a smaller company.

I’m very happy with the install Tyler and his partner did for us. They were here on time, friendly and cleaned up everything when they finished the job. Terry is a pleasure to work with. He’s very honest and just a good guy! I will always use them for my air conditioning needs and recommend them highly.

Tyler and Jason installed our new AC system and did a terrific job! They also cleaned up all the debris. Both gentlemen were polite and willing to answer all my questions. They performed professionaly and in a timely manner.I also want to address how helpful Wayne has been on our previous service calls. He has alot of knowledge and professionalism. Thank you

I have been a loyal customer of Lloyd's for years. Unfortunately, I have found that the quality of their customer service has steadily gone down hill over the years. By example, when I recently called to schedule an annual maintenance check up, the receptionist was rude, and their charge for the service was the highest of the three estimates I received. Overall, I am very disappointed. Based upon my experience, they don't return calls.

I have used Lloyds in the past Terry is super, I called this week, AC not working, from the initial call in their office to the actual service, everything was AAA+++ !!! Couldnt be happier. Will was great, took the time to answer ALL my questions in detail. Best of all they are honest & their pricing is very fair ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LLOYDS for all your heating & cooling needs -:)* I have used this company for over 4 years & never had an issue till now. It's not with the technician or his service. It's with the receptionist answering the phone. We spoke & I was promised a call back. My AC has been out for almost a week. They had to order a part. I get that. But I had to call 5 times for an update & was spoken to rudely when I questioned this. That's literally ALL I wanted. Wouldn't YOU be upset if you were waiting in this heat for a simple return call ? I called 5 times before the phone was picked up. I had to go online before I received a call back or reply. This is BAD customer service. Very disappointed.I ended up using another company, that actually answers the phone when you call & is HONEST .Turns out the " part" wasn't needed & I would have paid hundreds in labor for nothing. *

I could go on for quite a bit, but I'm going to make this short and sweet. Lloyd's is the best! This is the second time in 3 years that Terry and/or Wayne have saved my butt. They are extremely thorough and work very hard to give the needed service and/or repair at a cost that can be afforded.
If you need service or a repair, call Lloyd's and they will get you squared away and at an affordable price.

Lloyd's was recommended to me by a colleague, she spoke highly of them and it turned out to be true. My A/C broke in the middle of the hot summer. Terri was able to come the very next day. He worked with our budget and got us the best part. He kept his promise and got us up and running in no time. His crew Jason and Taylor was awesome too. They worked in the heat to get my A/C fixed. I would highly recommend Lloyd's. They are an honest and hard work crew.

Lloyds Heating & Cooling of Wesley Chapel is a company you can trust! The owner, Terry is very professional, polite and knowledgeable in his field. They have decades of experience that makes them experts in what they do and they also have a great team working for them! If you're in need of a service repair or looking to get a new HVAC system installed for your home, I would highly recommend that you give them a try. I had my upstairs HVAC unit replaced and they were not only reasonable in price, but they also did a great job with the install. It was done clean, precise and in a timely manner. Wayne came for a 2nd opinion/new system quote based on an IERNAs tech recommendation of a new system due to high amperage pull, rusting coils and low coolant. Wayne did quote me a price of under 10k for a 16 seer 2stage/variable speed for our 1800 Sq ft house. I believe that was for a 3.5 ton. IERNA quoted over 14k. However, he said that the unit was fine and running well. Amperage was under what both motors were rated for and 20 degree difference from intake to output... so no coolant deficit. He said that this system could last another 5 years and he would keep it and just replace the fan motor that is probably near it's lifespan as our unit is 10 years old. Lloyd's just earned a new customer. Thank you for your honesty with someone you could easily sell a new system to.Services: Heating system installation

I bought my A/C from Lloyd's 10 years ago, my A/C needed repair so I contacted them. The repair person showed up over an hour early while I was still working. I accept an appointment window for a reason! I was then charged $85 for the service call and then $180 to change a $20 capacitor which took about 15 minutes. I had to go back inside for a work meeting while the repair person checked out the system. I came out and they changed out the part before telling me the price. I ended up paying $265 just to not sweat another night. The work seemed overpriced and the service presumptious. Could be worse I guess but I will try another company next time.Service: HVAC system repair
