I spoke with Tyler about a HVAC problem with a house I purchased. He sent out 2 employees, they weren’t able to fully determine the issue. (They also didn’t bring equipment needed.) They spoke with Tyler a few times during the visit. They told me told me Tyler would need to come out. I’ve yet to hear from Tyler. I followed up, he’s yet to contact me.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and the man came out and said I would receive the estimate next week. That was on Dec 20th. I didn't get it. On January 5th I asked if I could get the estimate and was told they would reach out to the owner to get my estimate. It is now Jan 25th and still no estimate. If they didn't want the job, just say so. Don't have people wait a month for nothing and take the day off from work for the guy to take a look for nothing.

They are courteous, trustworthy and reliable. They put in my a/c unit and have been great with servicing my unit.

Very professional, honest and thorough. Was impressed with their attention to detail and knowledge. Super fast a/c component repair and replacement. When most other local a/c companies did not have our a/c system’s coil, Tyler had one and installed it the next day. Besides being super fast, they were also the lowest regarding cost. Great customer service and timely communication. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and were very professional. We used our home warranty which can add time to the process, but they were very fast and were able to order the part and install it the next day. I was referred from a friend when we needed a new AC unit. Was great getting to work with Tyler who had great communication and fair pricing. We got to work with one of his guys Chase also who was professional and worked really hard to do a top notch job. Dave and his team installed a new Bryant AC in my home. The AC had some issues from the factory and Dave showed up every day to make it right. His team stepped up when most companies would have gave up.
They also checked my ductwork and made adjustments to an existing ac system I have.
Again, first class operation that does the right things!

Today the checked everything and fixed a couple of Zones not responding correctly. Testing discovered it was a couple of wires that were switched. All working well now. Thanks guys!!!Our 25 year old plenum box in the attic had seen better days as it was partially blown out and leaking into the attic as well as the damper connects for our 5 zone a/c system had the dampers installed backwards so the air flow was being inadvertently impeded during the open phases as well as installation resulted in multiple leaks. Lightning Mechanical fixed the leaks and reinstalled dampers. We are very happy with their work.Services: Duct and vent repair

So far so good. They were the second contractor sent out by our warranty company and found all kinds of issues our previous group(Comfort Central) didn't. They never bad mouthed the first contractor but quickly fixed the problem. We are now waiting for them to return to exchange our broken drip pan.

This level of service is second to none.I’ll never use anyone else. The customer service was excellent. All levels of the staff were: very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.If a problem can up a solution was made very quickly. No additional services you didn’t want were added in. Nor pushed. No one wanted to be up sold on things you don’t want. Another words no pressure. But if you want extras they have them. My experience was amazing.They came early and left late making sure everything was perfect. A rare level of professionalism you cannot find in many companies.Service: AC installation

Tyler, owner of Lightning Mechanical returned my call right away and had me set up that week to get my dryer vent cleaned. Tyler and Chase came and had my dryer vent unclogged within 30 minutes. My roofers had left a piece of screen in the gooseneck of the dryer vent. Thank you Tyler and Chase for getting my vent working properly again!
