I brought my Dodge ram 4x4 to the shop for AC service, install new muffler and oil change. Also asked that they check out and flush my cooling system. AC service was great. Still working and Cold Air! They replaced my radiator as it was clogged and corroded. Glad I had them do that. Completed oil change. Muffler was too short. Mechanic said he could install a section to make it fit. Owner said it might not run right so he ordered another muffler. Went on four day trip and all was good. I came back to the shop the following week to have the muffler installed. Now he tells me that I will be put behind cars he took in recently. He was the one who made my return appointment. I had paid cash up front for all the repairs. He returned $300. Then just recently I decided to try them again. For two days I never saw the tow truck that he was going to send. Never called. I called him. I took the Camaro to another shop. Won't be bringing anything to his shop ever!

Worst place possible to take any type of vehicle. They will charge you for things that are not broke and not even fix what you came in there for.The manager flirts with every female in there.Best advice, go to Ice Cold Air, better, friendly and cheaper.

BROUGHT A VEHICLE TO BE DIAGNOSED. DID THE REPAIRS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND THEN HARASSED ME FOR PAYMENT. AFTER PAYMENT HAD TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP TO FIND OUT THEY DIDN'T DO THE REPAIRS PROPERLY CAUSING $2500 DOLLARS IN DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE AFTER ALREADY PAYING THEM NEARLY 4K FOR A WATER PUMP AND AC SENSOR.AFTER SPEAKING TO THE OWNER/MANAGER THEY TELL ME SORRY FOR YOUR LUCK AND WILL NOT HELP WITH RESTITUION TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED. ***************************(90 YEAR OLD WOMAN)

Worst place you can buy a car, bought a Ford focus and and found multiple problems that they promised to fix then when It came time to fix their master macanic broke more than he fixed, he didn't even tighten up the break caliber, and caused more problems after coming for this repair, trust me when Isay don't buy from scam artist, the owner should be man enough to handle his own business but instead he hides and makes everyone tell lies on top lies!

Having gone to this shop previously, though not recently, without incident I decided to go there for a vibration at hwy speeds. I wanted to get an alignment, as I thought that was the problem. Was told that both axles (cv joints) should be replaced. As I had 125k on car I agreed to let them do the work. Now I would like to point out that there were NO trouble lights on when I took the car in. When I left the shop the abs, brake, and traction Control trouble lights were on. Having the codes checked it was the wheel speed sensor connection on Both sides. At another shop (I will not return to honest engines) they repaired the wiring at a reasonable $130. They said it appeared the wires were cut, to use their words. I was also told when I called to see if repair was done, that also the bolts on front shocks were loose. It was jan. 28 2022 when I went in. I thought the memory had faded but when I think that they charged me $697 to fix my car and left me with additional issues I did not have when I went in when an alignment and tighten some bolts would have taken care of the problem.
