Brought my mustang in for a clutch alignment and a/c recharge they knocked it out the park. Fixed it fast. honest with prices don’t charge you an arm and a leg. Will be bringing my vehicles here again in the future

Drove by the area bc I knew I would find a bunch of car shops. Found this one and they had a bunch of reviews on Google and called them up to find out about A/C Freon.
They were very friendly and upfront. 84.99 for A/C Top up and check for leaks. With tax, $90. I had called a handful of places with everything across the board up to $400.
Set up an appointment and left my car here overnight because of their hours of 8-5 during the week.
The next day, I received a link in text with the update on my car. I called them afterwards and again great customer service provided by Chris.
Picked up our car, & we are back living in the lap of luxury in sweet cold A/C. All was well.
Will bring our other car back for the shocks. Next project! We have a new mechanic.

Took my vehicle to high caliber Tuesday to have the motor for the window of the driver's door replaced. When I got my vehicle back Tuesday afternoon, I was told it would be $100 more than what I was quoted Monday morning when I called. As well as they had messed with the ignition module and loosened wires. My vehicle no longer would hold a charge and I ended up stranded on the side of the road Wednesday night. I took my car back to John, he told me that I needed to take my car to a dealership. That he would not fix it. I explained that when I dropped it off all I asked him to fix was the door and nothing else and he proceeded to ask me what I expected him to do. I expect you to be a decent individual John and I expect you to fix my vehicle. I am a single unemployed woman, with three special needs children. It broke me having to take the car in to begin with. But I figured it was worth the cost to have it done correctly. I know if you don't have anything nice to say you're not to say anything at all, however I hope that this record of my bad experience can help someone else in the future.

hello,i had a pcm problem with my vehicle.So i ordered an after market pcm.they installed the item it didnt work.i called the vender an after exchanging info. he tells me that the pcm that was sent was not for my vehicle.though all my research said it was.he send me the proper item.now the garaged charged me for installing an removing the wrong pcm.which i think is very unfair as it was not my fault,i dont feel i was treated fairly.will take my business else where in the future.Mike Melendez,2007 chevy trk.

Ordered a tow hitch on a Friday, said they would have by Monday. Nope, said was in wrong truck would have for Tuesday. Went back Tuesday, called about 3 hours later, won’t have for a week ! Found another hitch, brought car back on Wends. am, been 2 1/2 hrs, still haven’t started! My suggestion, if from out of town, go somewhere else!

If I could give a higher rating , I would. This place was recommended by American Muscle cars to have work done on my 2017 Mustang GT. To be quite honest I had my own reservations about this company! I called the day before my appointment to be sure I still had a reservation and was told by a very nice guy that he would see me this morning at 9:00 am. When I arrived I was greeted by the same gentleman that I spoke to yesterday. He told me I would be on the lift in a few minutes. John, my technician, came over to me and introduced himself and told me he would be I stalling my new lights. He put pads on the lift as not to scratch the frame of my car. Wow, never saw that before. He installed the new lights in a short period of time and asked if he could inspect the entire under side of my car to be sure all was ok? He found 2 pieces of plastic that was not properly attached to the car and provided the fasteners to secure the pieces. I asked to pay for these fasteners and he refused to let me pay. He backed the car out of the garage and checked to see if the new lights worked as they should and then asked me to approve his work? In all my days I have never had this kind of service at any auto service place I have ever been to.Thanks to you all at High Caliber Automotive in Z’ hills, fl.
