We have now used Hedrick Air twice and they are now our go to A/C company. They replaced a unit in our old home and just came out to repair an AC unit in our new home. Mike, the technician, was friendly, on time, and explained in detail the issue. The office staff communicated well and double confirmed our appointment time. I will not go to or recommend any other a/c business. The owner was honest and knowledgeable, he gave reasonable pricing and was lower than others we received quotes for. They know there stuff. Ray the guy I had showed me things about my system that other company’s never knew or hooked up correctly. That’s why they were here in the first place to fix the other places mistakes. So now it’s hooked up and running right. Thanks!
