I'm a regular with my kids since relocating here from Buffalo... staff is always friendly and personable, nice to the kids and our favorite employees are awesome. Store is well stocked 95% of the time and well recovered. I was store manager of a brand new DG in New York, so i rate the store with that in mind. Love this location

The manager Charlene is extremely rude. I got something off the shelf that said one price and got up to the counter and it was another price . I realized it after I swiped my card and I just wanted to walk to the back with her to show her what the price was and where I got my items from. She turned to me and said "what" I explained the situation and she was yelling at me saying it's not her fault . Well it clearly wasn't mine. But she was extremely rude and continued to follow me yelling at me as I said forget it and grabbed my stuff and left. Wow just wow.

Went in and Charlene had back turned to customers for 4 minutes while 3 of us in line then walking away we said something and she said well I was standing at register. I said if you turned around you could of said can I help you at this register I said of being rude and ignoring us. This was Jan. 9th at 8:24

Someone from corporate needs to really checked the store hours because these employees are closing the store early when it says they close at 10 o’clock PM they’re close by 930. They won’t let nobody else in. They are always turning away money. The guy that is there closing is very rude and unprofessional. Dollar General really needs to replace him asap.

Is Black Friday today and it says on the internet that check to store hours because it's Black Friday I've called many many different stores in Zephyrhills and none of them answer after ringing they just pick up and hang up. I finally found one that answered and she said they're all opened.

Waited in line over 30 minutes and walked out because there was only 1 person working a register and 2 other people no where to be found but there was 3 employees there. The line was to the back of the store. Literally. Horrible service

Really like this store. Sometimes it's a little under stocked but the boxes will be everywhere or a little messy cuz maybe they're stocking or need to but for the most part its clean and has everything you'd need in a quick stop for beauty and house hold needs.

This location seems to always be clean and well stocked when I shop here. The folks at check out are always very friendly. I love this small town DG!

As far as Dollar Generals go this is pretty nice. Always clean. They keep it zoned up well. Location is easy to get in and out of. Only critique is they need an exit right onto 54 but I think it is too close to the light for that.

It's kind of claustrophobic in this store. The shelves seem so close together so I usually don't shop there unless there is something specific I go for.But the service is always nice.

Cashier Judy is always extremely rude, and has a comment about something every time we go here. I’ve worked in the customer service industry before and I know what it’s like to deal with angry or just plain rude customers, so I try to be extra friendly to every cashier. But she has the complete opposite of good customer service. She never bags my items for me, I always have to do it myself and the one time I asked her to do so she acted like she couldn’t believe I would even ask such a thing. Now don’t get me wrong, I also don’t mind bagging my own stuff but the least you could do is offer. I just don’t understand why she always has such a negative attitude and a snarky comment every single time. Needless to say I will not be shopping here ever again.
