I was at Dollar General this morning and a disabled person in a wheelchair asks the clerk at the register for help grabbing some things, she calls the manager and asks for help for him and she says no. She asks the manager why? and she says that she doesn't have the time to help disabled people shopping, she left and locked herself in the office, there were only 3 customers in the entire store. I got so angry that I went to help him, he only needed 4 tall things, They should fire her, we already filed a report with the company.

Unfortunately they have a shortage of carts they haven’t addressed and it severely cuts down on the amount someone is willing to buy.

The service here is suspicious they make you feel uncomfortable to shop. They will eye you around the whole store if your young. And to busy talking behind the register and sometimes their conversations are not kids friendly. Count you days dude with the red and green hair and the bald guy. I told the bald guy thank you for my receipt and he just starred at me. And the dude with the red and green hair eyed me around the whole store and acted like he didn't wanna scan my stuff.

Easier than going to Walmart. Not no more. I used to take their carts inside to be nice. After being told to put my back pack by the cashier, I am no longer a customer. Lived in this city for 54 years, honest person and because of people being untrustworthy no bags are allowed in the store.

I love Dollar General. I can find most everything here that Walmart has at a much cheaper price. And it's a lot closer to my house. The employees are very positive and polite to everyone. Good job Dollar General in Zephyrhills Florida.UPDATE!! BEEN A MINUTE. I STILL ENJOY DOLLAR GENERAL BUT THE PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN WALMART AND WINN-DIXIE. THEY ARE NEVER IN STOCK OF THE RIGHT STUFF ANYMORE. IT'S NOT JUST ONE STORE, IT SEAM'S THE SAME AT ALL OF THEM NOW. I CAN'T GET OUT LIKE I USED TO SO I Have to get someone to pick up for me. But I won't stop my Dollar General. ??

I tripped over a rug and lost a small amount of time from work do to swollen ankle. I was denied to fill out an incident report because supervisor would never be there or respond and although the employee's say they watched the video of the incident i the video mysteriously got deleted by the time it went to corporate (so he said ) he said he did not see the incident but all the employees did how ironic is that. So judging from my experience my advice to their customers is if you injure yourself get a lawyer ASAP before doing anything with the store because evidence will get lost. And the most sad thing about it is that I'm a loyal customer and I spend big money in that store.SMH

Always understaffed and understocked.stock is always blocking aisles and products.you need to retrieve your own basket cart. I have been able to find everything I need in one place.JUST NEED MORE STAFF !! Staff they do have are very personable n helpful.
