There are never enough staff taking care of customers. You wait forever (30 minutes or more) just to make a deposit. Don’t be fooled if you see 3 or more staff. Every time I have been here they ignore waiting customers. Usually only 1 person is working with customers. I have never had a good experience here.

Melania was not happy I commented about her name:/ apparently not a DT fan. When she figured out we were she immediately got angry. Did not mean to offend her. We took our $150,000 and went down the street and immediately opened an account at Chase without a problem.

Terrible customer service. Won't even look up my account and give me my balance because according to her they are a financial institution
