I’ve been using AirTech for 20 years and service was great. Now a different story, horrible service. A few months ago Brad charged me $2,000 to install a used unit outside and it didn’t fix the problem. So many calls over a few months and Brad says he will be by and never shows up. Now doesn’t take my call or return calls. STAY AWAY from Air Tech. Only because it’s been cool outside is it tolerable. I’ll call someone else to replace the unit. DO NOT USE AirTech!!!

The company did not replace our air conditioner as promised. They postponed their arrival with our air condition with limited tools and kept wanting to borrow ours. They never arrived on time they did not clean up after their work. They said the a.c. Was working and after 1-2 hours it was not. Thermostat never got below 80 degrees. We were without a.c. For 3 days

Brad is great, so was the service. I have used this company for many years. Brad has always helped me out in a pinch. I think their service was great. I just heard he had been in a bad accident and things are tuff, so sorry Brad, hope you are recovering .Services: HVAC system maintenance

They installed a 3 1/2 ton condenser with 3 ton air handler. On top of that, the refrigerant leaked out in the air handler. After finding this out they refused to honor any warranty because I had to have someone look at it because we could not get them to come out to fix the problem. Horrible way to treat an organization that serves the most vulnerable in our community.Service: Install AC

Fast response from Brad. I called in the am for a new unit, duct work quote and Brad was at my home before noon with the estimate. His estimate was also lower then one of his competitors.Service: Install AC

Apparently their tech doesn't know how to use a gate phone at a gated community. He came to gate and called cell, but not spouse at house using gate phone. So he left, and now they expect me to pay for the service call. When I called to reschedule, the same tech said he wasn't coming again and hung up. If I was the owner of this company I would fire him. The company that did come out made hundreds of dollars doing the repairs.
