Went into the Yulee Winn-Dixie today to buy diet Cokes. I was shocked that they were $8.79 for a six bottle pack. I immediately turned out around went to Walmart where they are only $4.98 per carton. Has being purchased by Aldi changed the prices that much.

Nice store recently upgraded. The food quality is better and the prices cheaper than across the street at Publix.

Store has gotten much better, cleaner, better stocked with fresh vegetables, meat dept getting better with keeping up with meats , there for a while meats were skimpy and a lot of the time they looked bad with brown and green tints, so they have improved in the past several months. Keep it up Winn Dixie you are definitely on the right path.

They probably shouldn't allow their bag boys to trick people into tipping. The bag boy asked me twice if I wanted him to take my groceries out, but I declined both time. Finally, he told me that he liked to help customers. He seemed to have a mild intellectual disability, so I finally told him, "You know, I have a lot more groceries than I thought, so I would appreciate it." We were near my car, he said, "I accept tips."Uh, ok. I now shop at the Winn Dixie on the island. It's brighter and looks cleaner (I'm not suggesting that the WD in Yulee is not clean, the other one just looks cleaner.) And TBH, the employees on the island are MUCH friendlier. I had a floor manager ask me if I was finding everything I needed. He didn't ask me and then rush by. He stopped and we had a great conversation. That has literally never happened in Yulee.

Had card issues that I never experienced before... Added funds to my card and even ended up having to call my bank services which were of no help. We'd end up running the Card as Credit and it posed no issues after 3 attempts trying with the debit PIN number. Thanks VERY much for Manager Chad, Kendall, and Harley for their assistance! I was able to purchase my goods and shrug off the situation to just my luck and they were Extremely patient and helpful! Love this Company!

Winn Dixie is the closest grocery store to me, so I shop there often. In the past, it was just ok. They met my basic needs. They have recently updated the entire store, inside and out. The two best features they changed was that they moved the Customer Service Desk to the entrance of the store. Most excited about the new self-service checkout lanes. I honestly think this will make a big difference in the customers experience. All aisles are tidy and clean. The produce section looks fresh and clean. They made a nice seating area outside the Pharmacy window. Equipped with a blood pressure machine. The parking lot is newly re-paved. They even added new shrubs! Check out all of the new features. I highly recommend visiting the new store.

Horrible service! There’s never anyone at the customer service desk. I stood there for at least 10 minutes waiting while two cashiers stood around chatting and made no effort to find someone to assist me, even after I asked. I then tried calling the store multiple times to see if I could get assistance that way yet I got a busy signal each and every time. I finally just left. This is not the first time that this has happened either. Customer Service is nonexistent.

They have remodeled the store, added a new paint job and improved parking. It smells good when you walk in (fresh bread, fresh fruit). The carts are newer and push easily. Their prices are better than their competitor across the road (name rhymes with Public).

Been here many times in the past. Always well stocked and well managed. Good wine and beer selection.
