Areas to animals are all blocked off. You are not allowed to take pics of the few you see across the open areas. Staff was very unfriendly. When you ask about the big expansions you are redirected to other topics. I was there for the St Mary's river trash cleanup celebration. We were not allowed to stop by animal areas only to drive straight to the parking lot & although you could see a few animals from there, we were told no lingering and no pictures, not even of our group.

We had a wonderful experience on our Safari from the Saddle! Billy and Shannon were friendly and knowledgeable. We got to see several amazing animals close up, and gained a great understanding of the work at White Oak for animal conservancy.

White Oak is such a treasure! When we arrived we were greeted by the staff with smiles and such friendliness! Then we had an amazing lunch and private guided tour to see the animals. Everything was so wonderful! The animals were happy and well taken care of and the facilities were very clean! An absolute MUST SEE!

Absolutely the best \\\"safari\\\" tour in the USA. We went on the private Horsback tour. Our guide(s) Billy and his colleague were amazing. The hands on interaction with the Giraffes and Rhinos, fantastic. Only don't expect to see the B\\u0026B Elephants right now. They are getting acclimated to their new life. I look forward to going back when they are included. Just don't expect more than a sandwich when you eat. It was tasty and they were very accommodating to dietary restrictions. Having been to San Diego Zoo safari, Multiple Drive Thru Safaris and The Wilds in Ohio, (Columbus Zoo). This one left you feeling like the animals were left in perfect care for their circumstance. They had first class care, Ample room, were very interactive with visitors staring at them and at a perfect distance. Even the horses are funny. Abel ?is quite a caricature.?? Save your pennies and spend it here. Great experience!!

My husband and I did the Safari by Horseback today. We were treated like royalty and had an awesome time. Highly recommend. This place and the staff are first class! Billy and Shannon did everything for us and gave us very reliable horses who didn't flinch when huge rhinos walked by. It was so great to see so much money and effort going into helping wild animals. Renews my faith in humanity.

This place is legendary. This was my second visit with my first having been over 18 years ago. I was over the top excited and not disappointed. If you love all things wild this is a magical experience. Being with a group of Wildlife professionals It was great that our tour guide catered the experience to our knowledge. Its a great alternative to traditional zoos and you can be assured that your money is going somewhere good.

An absolute gem! Our family of four took a private tour. Our guide was friendly and informative. The facilities and animals were exceptionally managed. A must-do on any bucket list.

I think they've taken the covid 19 appropriately seriously. But the animals are outside and there is no reason that regular tours should not have resumed. Instead, for $500 I can take a private tour. I think they've taken advantage of the situation to change their business model to one that's less affordable for the average person. I love the animals. It's White Oak management I'm done with.
