I have an emergency shipping, and I was given a couple of hours to get it out. However, with a high-value robot trying to make it to New Jersey by tomorrow, nobody would take it. I was able to get service at the UPS store here and get it taken care of.

Love visiting this store. Everyone is very helpful. Shelly is wonderful and the best multi-tasker I've ever seen! There are all brand new staff that is polite and kind. They have greeting cards, cute notebooks and other shipping supplies. Thanks for all the wonderful service over the past year it's appreciated!

Used the store a couple of times shipping items to and from. Staffs always great and helpful. Called yesterday to see about a drop off for FedEx (they have a drop box) my package didn't qualify, the employee went out of his way to get me directions to the nearest FedEx location to drop it off. Didn't make any money off me still spent time helping. Thanks.

Customer service is alright, staff always seems to be confused. Perhaps it’s because of the way Shelly trains/ talks to them. Not only have I witnessed her passive aggressive attitude towards customers (myself as well) but I recently watched her treat a new employee in training as if he was stupid, she was rude and acted as if it was such a burden to assist the trainee.
The trainee was kind, again, confused, as this always seems to be the case with this UPS’ employees. I would imagine they can’t keep employees because of Shelly. I am glad they opened a new UPS in Wildlight, I can start going to that one.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the UPS Store recently, all because of an employee named Shelly. From the moment I walked in, she was insanely rude and dismissive. When I asked a simple question about my package, she screamed at me in front of other customers. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it as well. If you can, go to the UPS store location in Fernandina (about 10-15 mins away from this one). Shelly's attitude and lack of customer service skills are a disgrace to the store.

Rude manager with zero people skills. Can't say that for the rest of the staff because they seem quite pleasant. Based on the reviews I have read, I can see why the rating is so low. The current management is running people off so I recommend starting there. Usually negativity bleeds on to everyone including the customers. I'll waste the gas and drive to Wildlight.

This place is absolutely terrible if you’re actually trying to ship things don’t bring it here. They don’t actually want to help you ship things they want to make it as difficult as possible. I had an issue with a box and because it contain hazardous material some point and it was covered up and had nothing in it. That was even hazardous. They ended up telling me they could not ship it because they could partly see that there used to be hazardous material. I don’t like their attitudes from the moment I walked in there, they didn’t wanna help me with it because it was heavy and, honestly they seem like they did not want to ship the package but now I see why they have a 3.1 star review rating on Google because they suck and they don’t want to work.

Rude customer service from the store manager. Called for notary service and they said the notary was available and store manager who is the notary person was there. When I arrived the manager who is the notary refused service and said she was short staff. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I’m black and she has always specifically rude to me when I visit the store even though I’ve never said anything to her and always polite.

Horrible experience!!! Unfriendly employees who’d rather turn you away than try to help. Came back again today and once again get attitude because the label was from the previous day that I was there trying to ship so now it’s not in there manifest for today. Every time I come here there’s an issue. More compassion and understanding would minimize frustration all around!
Literally got turned away at the door on Friday from a guy behind the counter helping another customer. He stopped helping them and shouted from behind the counter after turning me away once and said can’t take like that either it’s in a FedEx bag. Store full of people. It’s not something I do on the regular so all he did was get me confused and frustrated.

Absolutely Rude customer service. People who work at this store are rude and uncaring, especially Shelly. When I requested prices she said she did not know their prices that I needed to look at by myself with a really bad attitude. Never experienced this kind of behavior anywhere. Absolute racist people!

I receive a package monthly, and there's almost an issue every month: longer delivery time, lost package and more. Then, on top of those issues, the older long dark-haired (manager-maybe) employee doesn't seem to know what 'customer service' means. My package required a signature, and it could be retrieved by someone else with the tracking number and an ID. My daddy tried to pick up the package, and the possible manager-type lady turned him away. I had to go in there myself, after juts having major surgery, just for the lady to be nasty me as well! For NO reason! I'm SO DONE with UPS. Ya'll need to get it together in SO many ways. UNBELIEVABLE.

The simple fact the ladies in the store are very helpful and always nice all the the time. And I think more people in customer service don't get enough credit for what they deal with, as well as go threw . Yet, they still remain friendly
