Came in to look for something they haven’t had in stock in a while and the lovely lady behind the counter told me I could order it and they’d ship it to my house! She seemed new but was very quick to help me get everything in order to get it! I think her name was Jo!

I had to find a quick appointment after the salon I was planning to go to had to cancel for plumbing issues…
I called and spoke with Kim who got me scheduled same day .. today at 3! I was so excited to have got an appointment the same exact day.
I always forget our Ulta has a salon and of course the whole stereotype of it being inside the store BUT I’m so glad I went!
Jessica was phenomenal from the start and really listened to what I wanted and gave great advice for how to have the most healthy version of my hair. She was friendly, easy to talk to and let me just say, SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB !!! My expectations were blown away!
All the ladies working were so sweet and inviting.
I will 100% go back and see Jessica again!😍

I have been getting my hair done with Valeria Miller for about 6 months now. She is the best! Amazing professional, always giving her best to make my hair beautiful. I have moved here not to long ago and was struggling with my hair. So glad I found her! I totally recommend her services.

❌❌ First and last time I make an appointment at this place. I was literally in the parking lot when the stylist called me to cancel my appointment and there was no one else that could attend to me. Go to another Ulta, if you want to be cared for by real professionals. ❌❌

I had previously went in and got my hair done and it was not what I expected. I did not like the color on me so I went back in and got it fixed by another hair stylist. Valerie M. is absolutely AMAZING! She worked wonders! My hair was a red and I wanted to be more in the brown tones. The red did not work out for my skin tone and washed me out so bad. She noticed that right away when I sat in her chair and started suggesting right away what to do to fix this situation. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and right away told me which pictures were realistic to get me to from the color I had on my head. She was so professional and very helpful when explaining the steps and the process to get to what I wanted. I needed something lighter that would brighten up my face and she did that! I will definitely be going back to her! I will post the picture of what she had to work with and the finished product! Again, Thank you so much Valerie!

Bonnie was super helpful during my visit to Ulta! She took her time helping me find the right products and made sure I felt confident in my choices. I really appreciated her patience and honesty. Great experience overall. I will be back.

pretty nasty at ulta in yulee. hair on the melted, moldy testers. filthy duster tossed in with the products. run your finger across any shelf and it will be covered with dust, so not really sure if they are just reusing the filthy duster or not dusting at all. a huge corporation cant afford some new duster pads? sad and embarassing. salon is amazing, experts from clinique and lancome are amazing. its sad to see that these great employees are being so mismanaged/unsupported and things like this are able to happen. dearest ulta, do a clean out. seems like the person “running” this store has checked out.

Valeria did such an amazing job with both me and my daughter. I showed her pictures, did a consultation, and she gave me the most beautiful cut. My hair has movement and looks great, I left so happy. She was so sweet and patient with my 7 year old daughter. I will be returning to her again. Definitely recommend.

I went into Ulta & wow! SO MANY beauty products, right! I needed about 9 items & I knew where NOTHING was! Ms. Robin WILLINGLY & LOVINGLY walked me right to EVERY item that I needed! No hesitation! No push back! None of that! When you need assistance, ask for Robin! She should def be apart of the management team! Excellent customer service! 5 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩!

This week a got my hair done at Ulta for the first time ever. It was one of the best choices I’ve made so far. Valeria made me feel and look beautiful, my hair turn better than expected and staff is really nice including Sussi who is a makeup consulting. My last visits at this Ulta have been a dream. Thank you beautiful ladies.

Online order, in-store pick up on a busy holiday. The lady who helped me was so nice, and helped me make sure my order was correct. Quick, kind, and helpful! I wish I'd gotten her name, whomever the lady was working the first register on Memorial Day.
