Needed four new tires for my SUV, only 3 in stock. Manager picked up the fourth tire from another store in short order amd had them mointed and balanced. Got a buy 2, get 2 tires 1/2 off deal on 20” Kuhmo tires.
Couldn’t ask for better service!

STAY AWAY! Had to get new rear passenger tire in June 2023
on 23 Camry due to being plugged too many times and sidewall nail damage from all the construction in Nassau County. At that time, technician noted tread on other tires was fine so wouldn’t need to replace any other tires to avoid uneven wear. Mind you I’ve never missed any maintenance on car, including tire rotations since buying new January 2023. So today my wife had slow leak in the tire that was purchased in June. She took it in and they were unable to determine where the leak was, so they tightened the valve stem and filled with the tire. I spoke to Darius on the phone to see what was going on. He told me that she “would also need to replace the three other tires because the tread level was too worn, which is absolutely untrue. I just had the tires rotated a few weeks somewhere else and there was no mention of the tread being too worn on any tires. This place is obviously looking to rob you, and employees seem to be told to recommended services you don’t need. Never again Tire Outlet, nice try.

I was trying to get home after Hurricane Helene and I realized I had a low front tire. I literally whipped into the Tire Outlet and they had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes with no standing appt and being extremely busy. They were super helpful and caring. I highly recommend this business. Customer service is top notch and they do quality work

The Tire Outlet in Yulee, FL has always given me excellent service. They are fair and knowledgeable. The guys in the shop do great work and the guys inside are friendly and helpful.
