Manager tried to rip me off out of $300 by not allowing a return that was in the return
window because they sold me bootleg headphones. Then gave me a fake number to customer service. And told me the store survey wouldn’t help because it would go to her and she wouldn’t do anything. Had six employees eye me down while I had to google the help line. She then told her employees to tell corporate customer service that it would be five minutes before she could help me. Thank goodness for the corporate rep, they finally got someone named Josh to approve it. Apparently she wasn’t really the manager, just an ego trip.

Update: I would like to shoutout Natalie for reaching out and making the situation right. I greatly appreciate it.
I am experiencing some challenges with the efficiency of phone call response within the guest services department. It is concerning that there seems to be a lack of accountability for errors made by staff members, which ultimately impacts the customer experience. I would appreciate a more proactive approach to addressing issues rather than a default response of "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do." Feedback on improving communication and problem-solving strategies would be beneficial. Thank you.

What a great shopping experience. The store is well stocked with a great assortment and the staff is friendly and kind. We were having a problem with a gift card and the cashier and manager were very patient, kind and understanding and solved the problem. I forgot what good customer service looks like!

So quiet in the parking lot and inside! I went around 7pm. I needed a quick in and out stop for one thing and got what I needed no issues.
