Target has prioritized every area of its store renovation over completing the bathrooms. The store bathrooms are located outside now and not very close to the entrance. Today I had to go to the bathroom and there was a torrential downpour with lightning. I got soaked. The stairs to the portable restrooms were very slippery and I could see someone slipping.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Target today. While trying on clothes in the fitting room, three store associates were standing right outside, speaking extremely loudly about their personal lives. Their conversation echoed throughout the dressing area and included graphic details about their ovulation, menstrual cycles, and even their boyfriends’ sperm counts—completely inappropriate and uncomfortable for customers to overhear.
To make matters worse, they were also complaining about customers who try on clothes without buying anything. As a paying customer, this made me feel unwelcome and judged for simply using the fitting room for its intended purpose.
I usually enjoy shopping at Target, but this level of unprofessionalism made me cut my visit short. Management needs to seriously address this kind of behavior if they want to maintain a respectful shopping environment.

Terrible customer services experience at this store (Yulee FL) at the return desk today. I called the customer service corporate office and they resolved my issue with excellent customer services. At the store they are unhelpful and rude at return desk.

WED, Feb 5th, 9:40 AM, EST. - Lady in exchange/ customer service has an extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming energy to be placed in that particular role, don't approve. Nick on the other hand is a 5 star customer service oriented employee! Sorry just honest. I can't see anyone wanting to deal with such behavior employee. There was no greeting, no help offer, just assumption gesture and tone! Don't know where she got educated at but no thank you!

It is impossible to talk to a person in the pharmacy. Just so lazy to simply answer a phone. Standing there watching them nobody doing anything but can't answer a phone. What has this place became high prices, high wages, but do the least amount of work so so sad.

This target is very nasty, very dismissive.Starting with the supervisor all the way down in customer service.I will never go back there to shop again. Then when I told them that I reported them to the main customer, he told me, okay, that's fine, so that tells you about your customer service skills, taco bell is always hiring.

Gotta give a special shout out to the Starbucks crew. I so wish I was better at getting names, but every experience I’ve had there has been top notch. Like, they go above and beyond to be super helpful and kind! I am not even a Starbucks person…..usually my son and I stop in to get a cold drink for the ride home (which we could probably just get at the checkout, but now I truly have grown to love this ritual). So I’m not talking complicated beverages…it’s just the pleasantness for me. It’s always supremely touching and sincerely appreciated.

Target in Yull, Dec 17th, early evening - My male cashier, LEE, was an absolute sweetheart. Friendly to the customer in front of me & just as charming to me. That was a very pleasant visit.
