Had a problem with the transmission on my truck. Part was on back order. James, my service representative kept me in formed from the start on the status of my vehicle. I had already rented a vehicle and being under warranty he took car of that for me. Even though I work from my truck, I was able to keep working with a little inconvenience. James always had a good attitude every time we talked. Glad Ron Anderson has him as an employee. Need more people like that in the work force today.

I have had nothing but good experiences at Ron Anderson!! I’ve brought my vehicle in on a few different occasions now and their whole team is always friendly and pretty quick to get the job done. I generally deal with Ben and he is always professional with great customer service!!

Ron Anderson Chevrolet is the worst place to take your car. Even for simple work they will keep your car overnight without telling you until 6pm right before they close they close. They will not warranty GMC Dealer provided options like any other dealers. They take all day for a simple oil change when they tell you it will only take a hour. When you call for a status update you have to wait on hold for 15 minutes just to hear you're car is not done. I will never take my truck there again, drive to Jacksonville instead. Terrible service

The service we got at Ron Anderson was amazing! We got exactly what the trade-in value was for our truck without any negotiating back and forth. A young lady by the name Christyn was the sweetest, her energy I love, she was motivated to help get us in the vehicle we had chosen, and showed us all the features actually in the vehicle. She sat in the vehicle with us , answered all the questions we had, and made sure we knew where everything was at. Christyn was our sales person, and she was very responsive to all our questions quickly, and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. Ron Anderson Christyn is definitely the kind of energy your business needs around, she's awesome!

Bought the car here three years ago. They were excellent then and they've been outstanding with service ever since. While I hope I don't have to buy a new car anytime soon, I'll keep having this one serviced here and will buy the next one here too.

Highly recommend Dylan as your salesperson and Doug as the manager to work with (not saying anything bad about the others as we only got to experience Dylan and Doug)!! Unfortunately we weren’t able to purchase a vehicle from them (no fault of theirs, the dealership just didn’t have the vehicle with every single feature the wife wanted), but our experience with the both of them was phenomenal!! Dylan was upfront and honest, gave us clear pricing on the vehicle we were interested in, offered us a competitive offer for our trade, and they did not make us sit there for hours waiting for the “numbers,” took only about 10 minutes!! Dylan listened to every single feature my wife wanted and told her he would find that vehicle for her…he didn’t try to keep us there or sell us the vehicle we didn’t want, he let us go and said he’ll call us when he finds it. We left and he called about 10 minutes later letting us know the vehicle she wants is at a different dealership and he’ll try to see if they can trade one of theirs for the one she wants….we were very happy with that response and type of dedication to get what we actually wanted. It’s unfortunate that the other dealership wasn’t able to work with them so we could do business with Dylan!
We will definitely be seeing Dylan again soon to buy my vehicle after we get my wife taken care of and I will recommend Dylan and Rob Anderson dealership to everyone I know in the South Ga/North Fl area.
Highly recommend for the genuine customer service and phenomenal experience.
