Davis Chrysler Dodge has a service department that I believe is outstanding. They make routine maintenance so easy and efficient. However, when I had need of seriously expensive repairs, the service department reminded me of possible warranty coverage, worked with Chrysler-Dodge warranty Department, and accomplished an emergency repair that has been so good.Further, diagnostics and customer courtesy has been great. If I may, please know that I attribute this quality care to David DuBose’s dedication to his customers.

Greatest Service Department in town! I got my vehicle repaired here a few days ago. The technicians and service writers keep me informed of the status of my vehicle while getting serviced. I also didn't understand what the services writer was explaining to me about the issue my vehicle came in for. The Service Manager I believe his name was Don took the time to explain it in detail to me in an understanding way. He was very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful! I finally received my truck back after waiting for 5 days. I will definitely be back again. I had a great experience!Thank you

Excellent customer service. No pressure test drive, and worked to get me the vehicle I wanted. Service center is excellent as well.

I would never buy a vehicle here because the service department is utter chaos. Getting an appointment was a hurdle. Their online appointment system is poorly lacking. The chat option resulted in the promise of a call with an appointment time and that never happened. Calling is just as bad but when you do get someone they will make you an appointment. Unfortunately you shouldn't let having an appoinmtent give you the expectation of getting service any eaiser or faster. There is no organization to dropping off your vehicle and they have no problem letting pushy people jump the line all while they ignore the line and make disgruntled comments about there being a line in the first place. I was told not every day is perfect. No it isn't and today they lost my business. Thankfully there are choices.

I am amazed regarding some of the reviews. We have 3 Jeeps. Lance is great as a salesman. Service has been quick and easy. Nicest people!Clean, service waiting area. Never had an issue with our Jeeps or service.

John was always friendly and helpful whenever I looked at Jeeps here so when it came time to order my new Rubicon I called him. Everything went very smoothly. He kept me up to date on everything and yesterday I was very excited to go pick up my new Jeep!!

The customer service, at this dealership is as poor as I've seen. Imagine loaning your car to your friend and them having it for longer than they said they would, and when they did return it, it had scratches all over the side and rear windows of your soft top wrangler. Rather than apologizing for something that clearly happened when they had it, they just shrugged their shoulders and said "this isn't their problem, this is an insurance problem". Well, that's how their MANAGER of "Customer Services" started when they saw the damage on our $70,000 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. At this point, I was very angry and I did raise my voice...what does the "Manager" do? He plays the victim of an angry customer...He actually said the words..."I don't have to do anything". I reminded him that we spent $70,000 at this dealership and expect to get better service...he came back with the number of cars that are on their lot being of more value. I tried to back up and said "get on with it, then...tell us what you're going to do"...He was still focused on having his feelings hurt. Since he didn't like my tone, he wouldn't really continue from there. Finally, he says he'll take care of the problem. Then leaves to have the Customer Service Rep finish the conversation...takes a real leader to leave your rep with angry customers, because you don't like the tone of the conversation. Whether it's an insurance problem or a dealership problem is beside the point...When we have our $70,000 vehicle in your possession and it comes back all scuffed up, the customer doesn't want to hear "it's not the dealership's problem", as the first words that come out of your mouth. I'm really not sure how much you have to spend at this dealership to get better service, but $70k isn't enough. Not once...did we hear..."sorry this happened" or "this isn't good" or anything to that effect. The customer services rep, at the end, went on to even say that "he didn't even know where on the lot, the Jeep was parked". I reminded him that he, my wife and I walked with HIM to the Jeep, so that my wife could get some of her things, when it was decided they would have the Jeep for longer. This was also the time when we asked him if it is a good place to park the jeep, backed into a grove of trees, like this. Be warned...if you buy a vehicle, under warranty, from this dealership, expect this type of service and complete disregard for your vehicle, because the cars on their lot are nicer. Unbelievable! This was the second instance of poor customer service...the first time, there was zero power going to the Jeep, so it wouldn't start. Their solution was to replace the regular battery...we expressed our doubt on this and after very poor communication, or lack thereof, that became the "solution". There was a lot of "oh, _______ isn't available right now, but I will make sure he calls you right back"...No call back. Oh yeah...and the problem that we brought the Jeep in for that triggered this whole review, in the first place? No power to the Jeep, same thing as before.Note: Alex, our salesperson was awesome, and this is no reflection on her, but we will not spend another dime at this dealership ever again.

I don’t normally post reviews, but this one seems necessary. About a month ago our car was rear ended, and ultimately totaled. In searching for a replacement that was as close to our previous car as we could get, we came across this dealership. In communicating with the salesman, we made it very clear, repeatedly, that we did not want a rental car. Shortly after asking about the vehicle, we received a video from the salesman, in which he specifically states, “This is not a rental”. Based on this information, we made an hour drive out to Yulee to check out the vehicle. Again, throughout the whole process, we stipulated that we did not want a rental, and were repeatedly told it was not a rental. We were even given a report that said the car had one owner for personal use. After purchasing the vehicle, we returned home and opened the glove box where we found a registration made out to EAN Holdings (Enterprise Rent a Car), and a rental agreement from a previous customer. We immediately called the dealership back and in speaking with the manager ultimately concluded that since we had already taken a hit on our credit and financed through them, it would be very difficult to reverse the process. It was agreed that we would keep the car if the dealership did some things to make the situation at least somewhat right, including replacement parts for items which were found to be missing from the car. They agreed, however, after having only driven the vehicle twice, once home and once back out to the dealership to pick up the parts that were missing from the car, there was a rattling noise, and the steering wheel was shaking badly. We took the vehicle in to our local Toyota dealership and were given a bill for $1100.00 worth of work including replacing the rear brakes, and balancing ALL the tires which were out of balance, amongst other things. When we bought the vehicle, we were told that it had been through a rigorous inspection process, but clearly that was not the case. When asked if they would be providing at least some sort of compensation for this bill as we had only driven the vehicle twice, we have not heard back from the sales manager regarding this. I reached out to the General Manager and have not received any communication from him at all.

Our salesman Chris has gone above and beyond when he sold us our car and anytime I had questions, he answered them immediately even on a Sunday evening. He deserves a 100 stars, If you need a new or used car, Chris is your man!

They overcharge for everything. Dont bring your car here unless it's for an oil change. They're going to take an arm or leg for payment in the Service Department! Question everything.... Recently, the young man there charged me for a repair that didn't happen (but led me to believe it did). When I returned for the same warning light issues, he said something to the effect of... Oh, we couldn't duplicate the warning light issue previously, so we only charged you for a diagnostic service ( He never said that the first time, just thank me, took my payment and sent me on my way). But today..., we finally figured out the problem was, and it is going to cost you a Whopping 900+ dollars to get it fixed!!!!! WTH!!! Really???? Nope, going somewhere else.... They should have properly diagnosed the problem the first time.Note: on a previous adventure with Davis Dodge's Service Dept..., they rushed an oil job on me once and returned my car to me after the same young man drove it from the service bay, having never noticed that the glove compartment was sitting on the floor after taking out my air filter. No one bothered to check if the service work was complete! Can you say 125 pt inspection FAILURE! Mind-you on any regular day, it takes 1.5 hours on average to get an oil change. This day (near closing time), they were done in about 20 minutes.... Wow... why so quick? I guess it was near closing time, maybe?????Anyway, do what you want, but Ride At Your Own Risk. I'll get my oil changed there only. they get a survivable grade for that!.

Chris was fantastic and extremely helpful in the search for our son's first car. He took time to try to find us exactly what we were looking for within our price range. I would definitely trust him to sell us a car in the future.

My wife stopped in the service department on Wednesday because the ABS light was on in her Jeep. The tech told her to bring it back Thursday at 9:30AMand it would be a charge of $150.00 for diagnostics also, that the fee would go towards the repair if we get you to do the work.I took the Jeep in myself at 9:30 as told and the tech got all my contact information to give me a callwhen they found out something. No one bothered to call me. So at 4:00 PM Thursday my wife called the service to get an update and was told what was needed for repairs and that the part may not be in till March.I went to pick up the Jeep and much to my surprise, the bill was $191.22 with all the hidden fees. I feel that this is a poor business practice.administrative surcharge? $4.65parts handling $2.00 ( WHAT PARTS ? )document storage? $2.00supplies / disposal $24.15 ( WHAT SUPPLIES ? )There is no tax on labor alone if no parts or supplies are sold.I feel that this was very poor service and that we were taken advantage of. Needless to say, We will not be back and we will let everyone know on the Jeep forumand social media of what to expect with your service department.Sincerely,Scott McCallwe will never go there again!!!

Purchasing a Vehicle I would give Alex 10 stars she was amazing. Unfortunately everything after has been a disaster. Service department never returns calls. Parts department is confused by the most simple tasks even when you give them the OEM part number and ask for availability. Called the location yesterday no answer in the service department. No answer in the Parts department. Finally a sales department gentlemen answered with the response of do you expect me to walk back and find someone. Nightmare. I may have purchased a 2023 Ram truck from them but I will never have it serviced or get parts from them!

I took my truck there for a few oil changes. The customer service was never great, but I tolerated it because I live close by. The last time I was there sitting alone in the waiting room I overheard the service department employees talking bad about different customers as they left the building. I knew at that moment I'd never go back. So now I take my truck to Jacksonville for service where I bought it. It's further to drive, but the customer service is worth it.
