In town from Ohio and my new Ram was due for first oil drain. I used Quick lane at home many times before and no problems. They said it would 1 1/2 hrs. I was doubtful on waiting that long then the service writer said we can get you right in next, no wait. That was a lie. When they were done over a hour later they lost the key fob to my truck and had no idea where it was. We searched everywhere in the shop and my truck and found it inside a bag on the back floor! Seems to me the tech who pulled it out was noseing around and dropped it in there unknowingly. Never go here for anything again. Wasted another 45 minutes looking for my lost keys. Never trust a service writer who comes to work with green hair with glitter in it. Besides that the cost was 94.00 just for a oil drain, normally 65-70 anywhere else. Even for five Qt. Synthetic.

Amazing service. We were in from out of town. Late in the day, and had two dead batteries in my truck. 39 mins from the time I pulled in till I left.
The service writer Amy was amazing. The mechanics and the rest of the team were awesome. Thank you guys. Family vacation is back on track!

The staff from the Service Writer to the Techs were fantastic. We were out of town and unexpectedly had some car trouble. Amy and Billy got us seen quickly and diagnosed the problem just as fast. 10/10 would come back!

Great management, great advisors, and great technicians. When you are made aware of the severity of a repair and how long it will take and how much it will cost, it is not the fault of Quick Lane that the vehicle was in the condition it was in. It's an old car, but now it rides better than a new one. VERY SATISFIED AS ALWAYS WITH MY PAUL CLARK FAMILY...and that's how they treat everyone....like FAMILY

My experience at Paul Clark Ford of Yulee has been quite disappointing, especially concerning the ongoing brake issues. After picking up my vehicle on August 5th post-servicing, I was given no documentation of the work done, just my keys.My attempts to address the brake problems with Daniel, the service advisor, on August 9th were met with initial reluctance. Despite explaining the spongy brakes and erratic driving, he initially suggested waiting until August 18th for further attention. After insisting, I managed to secure an earlier appointment on August 14th.On this day, I had a discouraging encounter with Sweeney, the mechanic, who exhibited a dismissive attitude. As I tried to demonstrate the brake issues, he brushed off my concerns and even remarked, "I don't know what to tell you, but it's not what we did." Following with this comment "They worked fine for me just gotta slam the brakes"Now, as of August 23rd, the brake issues still persist, and unfortunately, there's no proof of any work done during both servicing instances. The dismissive attitude I've faced has significantly marred my experience with the dealership.
