It was a good experience buying a car with them.
The sales man Brandon Colongo did a great job .
The financial department did outstanding job too.
Everything above still good. But when my 2022 Ford Escape need service Unfortunately the service department is something else. I took to their shop because, the vehicle has problems with the internal switch to close the rear gate. Also I told to the service advisor Phillip Ledoux about the hand free control for the rear gate doesn’t work neither.
So the took more 4 hours. because according them the my vehicle supposedly has a recall that take 3 hours to fix it. and the original (which was the rear gate issue)ended up saying that the do not have the switch to replace. They told me that I can come the next day and they will have it and they will fix it.
Next day I sent my wife because I had to work.
By the end they say that they’d received the wrong part.
Phillip told my wife that better if we make the appointment to fix my rear gate switch to another dealer because I leave in Georgia 1 hour away from them in Florida.
Now I’m wondering if in reality they fix the recall because I didn’t receive any documentation about that recall.
Or me and my wife we just waist or time for nothing.

I've been to several other dealerships and felt like I was being ripped off and pressured into something I didn’t want. The experience at Paul clark was nothing but amazing. Brandon got me into the car I wanted. Roger Dusi was also amazing and made the paperwork low stress and a breeze. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into buying a car!
